I paid €60 for one night in the female dorm. The room was really small and the beds were not really in good condition. The doorknob was half broken and looked and felt like it could fall off at anytime, which made me feel unsafe. Bathroom sinks were broke. The hangout area closes at 23.00, which is unconvenient. The kitchen didn’t have a stove and was very small too, so cooking wasn’t really possible. The staff didn’t speak english which was a bit difficult and the general vibe was just ...
Not very clean, strange shower, no body soap... and expensive. At least its in the center of the city. And also a rude reception 😁

I've been to many hostels in many countries and I've never encountered anything like this. And of course they sell locks for 3 euros and that's your only way to keep your things safe. There's not even a door to the room The girl at the reception was very passive aggressive Hidden in fake niceness. And she just immediately told me okay then go somewhere else at 8:00 PM with a fake smile

Attention, cette auberge ne correspond pas à son annonce ! Le dortoir est aussi grand qu’un couloir comprenant une fenêtre qui ne se ferme pas et une porte s’ouvrant sans clé, aucune sécurité. Nous avons été réveillées constamment par le bruit. Bien que l’auberge soit nettoyé tous les jours, la femme de ménage entre dans le dortoir pendant que nous dormons pour passer la serpillière et changer les draps avant 11h ( H Check-out). Beware, this hostel does not match its ad! the dorm is as big as a hallway including a window that does not close and a door that opens without a key, no security. we were constantly awakened by the noise. although the hostel is cleaned every day, the maid enters the dorm while we sleep to put the napkin and change the sheets before 11 o'clock (H Check-out). all this, for a very exaggerated price, I do not recommend at all !
hostelden çok kutuda kaldığını hissediyorsun. ne bir atmosferi var ne de bir havası. bir kaç kuruş daha verilip daha hayat dolu bir yerde kalmakta fayda var. tuvalet ve banyosu iyi değil. küçük bir yemek alanı var. çok kötü masaları ve sandalyeleri var
You feel like the hostel is too boxed in. there is no atmosphere. there is no air. it is worth a few more pennies and staying in a more lively place. toilets and bathrooms are not good. there is a small dining area. they have very bad tables and chairs.
Absolutely terrible attitude by the staff with no cleanliness
We were a group of four women who had the most terrifying and invasive experience at this hostel. Firstly, some things to note. Towels are not included, despite what is implied in the listing. The rooms are dirty with stained and ripped sheets, and the shower doors are glass and totally see through. They are visible from the hallway as well. Additionally, the male receptionist felt it was appropriate to enter our room unannounced at 4 am and look into our beds. DO NOT STAY HERE AS A WOMAN!

El personal de recepción fue poco amable, creo que están saturados de tareas y pedirles o preguntarles algo es una molestia. El lugar no está muy limpio, las instalaciones desmejoradas. Muy incómodo no tener donde apoyar las cosas. Para pasar una noche está bien. No hay ambiente de hostel ni se puede socializar.

The staff, the most beautiful!
The hostel is quite peculiar, it's only on the ground floor. The bathrooms aren't very safe; in fact, there was an old man showering in the women's bathroom. It's not comfortable; there's nowhere to hang clothes or towels, no place to put shampoo, soap, or anything like that, and the doors are transparent. I say the bathroom isn't safe because the entrance and exit door is sliding. It does have 24-hour staff and a small but functional kitchen. I forgot a towel.
Posizione ottima, a pochi passi dalla Gran Vía, e prezzo ragionevole. Bagni puliti, ma lo staff all’arrivo non mi ha mostrato l’ostello, ho dovuto trovare da sola bagni e camera e ho dovuto pagare 2€ per un asciugamano. La cucina non ha fornelli e mancano cose basiche come i tovaglioli. Lo staff inesistente, l’ambiente tipico “da ostello” dove si socializza, anche. Excellent location, a few steps from Gran Vía, and reasonable price. Clean bathrooms, but the staff allarrivo did not show me the hostel, I had to find myself a bathroom and camera and had to pay 2€ for a towel. The kitchen has no stoves and lacks basic things like towels. The staff is inexistent, the typical environment of a hostel where you socialize, too. Positive note: the beds have a tent and everything guarantees privacy.For one night is fine, but for longer stays not recommended.
It looked more like a back room / storage room behind the front desk. Unfinished floors, no hand towels in the bathroom, super watery sink area. The beds were comfortable and clean. Kitchen area is small but sufficient. Doesn't feel to overwhelmingly in the center, but a short walk to the busy parts of the city.

Good place if you just want to sleep, really clean and perfectly situated in the city but there is nothing to chill at the place, just a really small room with a few tables/chairs but that’s it.

so locationwise this hostel is good but there are a few points that made me regret the choice of this hostel: 1) i booked an only female 4 beds room, but i got a mixed room with 6 beds (they offered me a refund but they kind of made it more complicated than it had to be) 2) the female bathroom had (in the time i stayed there) 1 broken shower and 1 broken tap which made it sometimes a bit difficult considering its a shared bathroom for all females. 3) this hostel was 0 social in my eyes
Ubicación ideal, el personal muy atento, pudimos guardar el equipaje cuando llegamos y el día que nos fuimos. Un 10 en todo. Muy recomendable.

To be honest for the price and location it’s fine. As long as you don’t need to shower because it is see through, although separated by gender. Not a social hostel but again, if you’re just there for a short period it’s good

J’ai passé une nuit agréable. L’établissement est bien situé, la chambre est correcte (il y avait juste le casier qui n’était pas top) mais aussi un problème avec une des douches où le robinet thermostatique ne fonctionnait pas.
The property is well located, the room is decent (there was just the locker that was not on top) but also a problem with one of the showers where the thermostatic tap didn't work.

Bien situé mais peu équipé. Seulement 2 douches, avec une porte en verre donc peu d’intimité. Le mobilier des chambres était en mauvais état.
It was well located but not very well equipped. only 2 showers, with a glass door so little privacy. the furniture of the rooms was in bad condition.
