Please do not list this place, drug dealers days and night, crazy guys, do not imagine a lady alone, next prices where crazy for an hostel, peak 150 euro for a double room, no private toilettes No cups, nothing for basic beakfast, no sink...lne microwave, on fridge Noisy, lousy place, no heating but small vents...please delist, for rich homeless... Nice.personel trying to do their best

La estructura es muy costrona, hemos pagado 250 EU para dos noches y por este precio la habitación no tenía calefacción, el armario no se podía abrir por el poco espacio, la puerta del baño no se podía cerrar. Bueno no me lo esperaba así bajo el nivel por este precio.

Personal amable y buena ubicación. Hay mocos pegados en las paredes de la habitación, y un colchón y almohada que deberían haber cambiado hace una década

Only booked one night - staff was incredibly rude and harassed us each time we entered the establishment. They couldn't seem to get their stories straight about their policy - a young woman checked us in and later, an older man working as the night receptionist tried to charge us €60 extra and threatened to call the police on us...at 2am...stating that we couldn't have two people in a private double bed room. Place was a mess. Much better and cheaper options elsewhere in Madrid.

This place was a real s**t hole. I would not recommend it to anyone. it was dirty, the sheets were 20 years old, the bathtub was too small to get in and it didn’t have much of a curtain so the bathroom floor got soaking wet. It was in the basement, so they were no windows, even though the picture in the advertisement showed a room with windows. There were rooms with no baths so they have some communal baths and I asked the proprietor if we could use that one instead, but he refused.

Nice location but has poor service and cleanliness

Hice una reserva de un hotel aparentemente, pero resultó ser un motel con sábanas con pelos, toallas con sangre, es un subterráneo (y las fotos mostraban luz natural), olor a cigarrillo en la habitación, ceniza de cigarrillo en los muebles, paredes sucias y con moho, humedad y sangre. Además el picaporte estaba suelto! Y no podía cerrar con llave. Un desastre El baño estaba sucio, con moho e insectos muertos en la pared. También tenía telas de araña en las esquina. Un espacio insalubr...

Caro para lo que es. Muy sucio, con manchas de colores varios por todos lados. Sangre en la almohada. Sin limpieza durante mucho tiempo. Olor horrible, ubicación terrible. Y no podes irte con tu llave, tienes que dejarla al salir.

It was ok. Not the best value for the money. Very old fashioned but secure. More or less only a bed and Internet connection with a bath outside.

I only stayed one night, but it was exactly what i wanted: a safe clean place to sleep. I cant think of a complaint. My cab driver said he didn't think the neighborhood was safe. Im sure many the people standing around dark corners 2 blocks away would jave sold.me drugs, so if seeing that in the middlemod the night worries you this might not be your place. As a male I would have had no hesitation to walk past them. During the day the neighborhood is wonderful real people, not touristy.

Muy buena ubicación así es que te gusta la noche joven y los bares en zonas multiculturales. El motel muy limpio y buen aroma. El personal muy amable, atento y simpático. Hay relación precio calidad.

It was only one night in a private room. The room was comfortable! Based on my one night, it does not seem like a social hostel and the kitchen and common areas are small, but they are clean and functional. Staff was very nice, and I felt safe while staying here.

Unless you don't want to sleep at night I wouldn't recommend this place. Street noise, hotel reception man constantly making noise through out the night. Never rested before venturing out the next day!! Cupboards being riffled through, doors slamming, hotel buzzer going of, fax machine printing, man sniffing his nose all night, people talking at 3am and 4am. Not a very peaceful relaxing sleep.

Toen we aankwamen, werden we vriendelijk ontvangen. Vanaf toen ging alles downhill. We werden naar onze kamer in de kelder begeleid, waar niet eens een raam was. (Er was een raam van een paar centimeter dat je niet open kon doen). 1 badkamer moet gedeeld worden door bijna alle kamers. Alles was aan vernieuwing toe. De buurt is het ergste van allemaal. We waren met 4 meisjes en voelden ons echt niet veilig in het donker. (Veel drugsdealers,…). Geen aanrader!

Clean place in a vibrant neighborhood. Walls are thin, though, so noises from other guests are unavoidable. Window in my single room was high on the wall, not much natural light

Nettes Motel in einer relativ zentralen Lage (Puerta de Atocha). Rezeption war immer besetzt, Personal freundlich. Es hat einen großen Kasten zum Verstauen des Gepäcks gegeben, allerdings war alles ziemlich dreckig. Fleckiges Leintuch, Vorhänge richtig ekelhaft, Käfer im Bad, Schamhaare am Waschbecken, wir hatten nach wenigen Stunden kein Klopapier mehr, da nicht genug bereitgestellt wurde. Hellhörige Türen und Fenster aber dennoch erstaunlich leise.

Everything is good if you can adjust with shared bathroom for Private room

A lovely place to stay in a lively, exiting part of Madrid. Ideally placed for the Paseo de Arte too.
