Chilli Hostel

Ive stayed twice in this hostel, once in a shared room and once in a private bedroom - both times i left with a few bedbug bites. The bathroom has that plumbing stench, it looks relatively clean but the smell is unpleasant.

I saw bed bugs in my bed. other than that I didn't find any major issues

Unfortunately, the overall experience was very unpleasant. There were random people staying in the hostel, some with very poor hygiene, which created uncomfortable, almost homeless-shelter vibe. I was moved to another room free of charge, but then experienced another shock — I found 2 bed bugs crawling on my bedding. This made me extremely uncomfortable, and I had to change beds again. The owner did react by changing the bedding in all rooms and arranging sort of disinfection, which I appreciate, and I hope this problem does not happen again. However, the experience was horrible and quite traumatic for me. I was traveling across Poland and Europe to enjoy the Christmas markets, and this stay had a very negative impact on my trip. Unfortunately, I would never stay there again.

Bed bugs in the room, I ended up sleeping in reception. Very strange environment. Didn't like it at all. Would not recommend.

There were bed bugs. Avoid at all costs. Ruined the whole experience. It was so gross.

It was unfortunately a very bad experience as the bed had visible bed bugs.

I WAS EAT BY BEDBUGS. I WAS EAT BY BEDBUGS. I WAS EAT BY BEDBUGS. When asking for a compensation at least for medicine and the booking itself, the property refuse to give me €50 back. I do not reccomend.

This hostel was a nightmare. First of all it is difficult to find with a lack of signs around the building. Then you have to enter a building a take an elevator that seems slightly unsafe up to the hostel. The fridge had a disgusting smell and somebody took my food while I was there under 24 hours! The worst by far were the rooms, they were absolutely filthy and had a stale smell to them. The mattress was covered in hair and dirt and worst of all I found a bed bug. I check out immediately.

Bon point : le personel est sympa, l'accueil est convivial, calme et pas bruyant, café/thé gratuit. Point à améliorer : wifi seulement dans la salle d'accueil, rien pour cuisiner (sinon un micro onde), je me suis faire dévorer par des punaise de lit.

Unfriendly staff, bed bugs.

The staff was extremly unfriendly, we had bed bugs in our room and the staff refused to do anything about it. One of us was allergic to them and we had to organize a new hostel for the rest of our trip. Worst hostel ever !
