+ Οι εγκαταστάσεις του ξενοδοχείου.
- Για τετραστερο ξενοδοχείο είναι απαράδεκτα τα παρακάτω: 1. Δωμάτιο 160€ την ημέρα και δεν είχε 2 ποτήρια, 2 κουταλια, ένα βραστήρα.. Γενικά δεν είχε απόλυτως τίποτα. Όταν τα ζητήσαμε μας τα έδωσαν και την άλλη μέρα τα πήραν χωρίς να τα αντικαταστήσουμε. Σε περιοχή που το νερό δεν πίνεται δεν θα είχε ούτε ένα μπουκαλάκι νερό. 2. Εξυπηρέτηση τραγική σε όλους τους τομείς.Μια κυρία με βραχνή φωνή που γυρνούσε από εδώ και από εκεί με ξεχυλωμενα ρούχα και με κατσαρόλες στο χέρι. Ενα παλικάρι με σγουρό μαλλί που δεν ήξερε να μιλάει και μας έλεγε ότι δεν υπάρχει άλλο λάδι να μας φέρει στην στεγνή σαλάτα. Για ενα κοκτέιλ και ένα παγωτό ήρθαν 4 διαφορετικοί άνθρωποι 3. Το εστιατόριο σερβίριζε κατεψυγμένα φαγητά και τα χρεώνει από 15-20 €. Είδαμε άνθρωπο να έρχεται από super market με τσάντες με κατεψυγμένα φαγητά. Μια μερίδα μπιφτέκι ήταν (1) κατεψυγμένο και προωθημένο μπιφτέκι και πατάτες προτηγανισμενες. Τιμή :16€ και το γυρίσαμε πίσω. 4. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι απολύτως οικογενειακό και όλη η οικογένεια ασχολείται με την εγγονουλα τους πάρα με τους πελάτες. Ούτε τσάμπα δεν ξαναπάμε. Οτι χειρότερο υπάρχει σε ξενοδοχειακή επιχείρηση.
The hotel facilities. For a four-star hotel the following are unacceptable: 1. a room for 160€ a day and it didn't have 2 glasses, 2 spoons, a kettle.. generally it had absolutely nothing. when we asked for them they gave them to us and the next day they took them without replacing them. in a region where the water is not drinkable they wouldn't have even a bottle of water. 2. service tragic in all areas. a lady with a short voice who went back and forth with unbuttoned clothes and a pot in he...
+ Grande piscine très propre, barman (Albanė) vraiment sympathique, belle vue sur la mer, chambres joliment décorées et literie confortable.
- Facturation de 14 € de taxes au lieu des 6 € annoncés, chambre sans eau chaude et sans lampe de chevet (uniquement des plafonniers). L’emplacement, en bord de route près de la piscine, est très bruyant. Enfin, la réaction du serveur lorsque nous avons signalé des brochettes avariées n’a pas été professionnelle.
Very clean large swimming pool, really friendly barman (Albanė), beautiful sea view, nicely decorated rooms and comfortable bedding. invoicing of 14 € of taxes instead of the 6 € advertised, room without hot water and without bedside lamp (only ceiling lamps). location, on the roadside near the pool, is very noisy. finally, the server's reaction when we reported broken brooches was not professional.

- On a eu des draps usagés. Les serviettes ne sentaient pas bonnes. Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas en faveur. Mes commentaires sont pour aider l'établissement
The pool. The receptionist who is very nice. We had used sheets. The towels didn't smell good. The price-quality ratio is not in favor. My comments are to help the establishment
+ Propre. Accueil (bien qu’un peu « too much » côté sourire et salamalecs…).
- Chambre en sous sol avec peu de lumière du jour directe… pas de bouteille d’eau d’accueil au réfrigérateur (d’ailleurs aucun verre!). Transferts port/aéroport prévus mais bien plus chers que les pensions d’à côté (expérimenté la semaine précédente)!
Clean. welcome (though a little too much side smile and salamallets...). basement room with little direct daylight... no welcome water bottle in the fridge (no glass by the way!). port/airport transfers planned but much more expensive than the guesthouses next door (experienced the week before)!
+ Hotellet var fint, men ligger lite illa och dyrt med transport. Inte långt till Fira men farlig väg att gå på.
- Läget och lite snurrigt vid incheckning, vi fick lite försenat ett fint rum. Personalen vänlig men kunde vart proffsigare. Lite krånglig meny och dyrt.
The hotel was nice, but it was a little bit badly located and expensive with transport. not far to Fira but dangerous road to walk on. easy and a little snurrigh at check-in, we got a little forsenat et fin rum. the staff was friendly but could be professional. a little krånglig menu and expensive.

- Que le taxi n'est pas compris dans le tarif de la chambre étant donné payer 25 € pour 6 minutes de voiture de l'aéroport à l'hôtel. Et étant donné qu'il y ait une cuisine avec un frigidaire un minimum qu'il puisse y avoir des verre pour que l'on puisse boire lors de notre arrivée
The hotel is in a quiet location ideal for families that taxi is not included in the room rate given that you pay 25€ for 6 minutes drive from the airport to the hotel. and since there is a kitchen with a refrigerator a minimum there can be drinks so we can drink when we arrive
+ Friendly staff, they took care of our needs well. Be sure to be aware of your purchase as no refund, as you cannot make changes afterwards or get refunded. We tried to change the arrival date a day later, but could not change it as it was no refund deal. So we wound up paying a night we weren't there. The staff was friendly, and they gave us a bottle of wine as a gift.
- The room was not provided with hot water pot, no free water, no cups. We had to later request a hot water pot and cups. No coffee or tea bags in the room. It was hard to control the room temperature as the heater's turbo mode would not stay on for long.

- Nella camera mancavano a lampade sui comodini. La doccia era rotta e spruzzava acqua dappertutto così come il Rubinetto de lavandino. Sia all’arrivo che alla partenza hanno insistito per organizzare un transfer al porto nonostante avessi espressamente richiesto un taxi
The room was missing a lamp sui comodini. the shower was broken and it was spraying water everywhere as well as the Rubinetto de lavandino. both on arrival and departure they insisted on arranging a transfer to the port despite me expressly requesting a taxi

+ Alojamiento muy bonito. Éramos los únicos huéspedes, pues era diciembre. Aun así el personal fue muy gentil con nosotros. En verano tiene que ser fantástico.
We were the only guests, as it was December, and yet the staff were very kind to us.
+ Having a car would greatly enhance the hotel experience. Since we didn't have one, we had to rely on the hotel's paid transportation service. It must be said that transportation costs are consistent throughout the island. Overall, aside from the lack of hotel breakfast, the room was quite comfortable. I would recommend that the hotel provide breakfast, even if it's just a very simple one.

Lo staff è estremamente gentile e disponibile, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa dal primo momento. The hotel is really nice, neat and clean, and in a very convenient location to reach the main attractions. The room is modern and tidy, with a beautiful terrace with sea view. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, they made us feel at home from the first moment. They provided for the car hire and made themselves available for any information. Thank you Mrs. Poppy and staff for everything. We absolutely recommend this property.
+ Property was very nice and clean , central of Santorini very to access local bus shops beautiful market around 25 minutes walk to Fira beautiful market. 100% recommended .
