Gute Lage, wenn auch in direkter Nachbarschaft mit Tenderloin, einem eher zwielichtigen Viertel. Sehr nette Begrüßung im Hotel und im Zimmer gibt es alles, was man braucht. Im 7. Stock trotz insgesamt niedriger Außentemperaturen recht warm und stickig, nachts jedoch deutlich vernehmbarer Straßenlärm. Deshalb unbedingt Oropax mitbringen, wenn man etwas Ruhe möchte.

Very nice welcome in the hotel and in the room there is everything you need. im 7. stock despite the overall lower outdoor temperatures quite warm and sticky, but at night clearly audible Straßenlärm. therefore be sure to bring Oropax with you, if you want some peace.

CHECK IN IS AT 3PM. Not sure if they updated this but when we booked on here it said check in at 2pm. When we got there the front desk said it's at 3pm. Luckily, there was a room available at 2pm but I would call or email to double check. We are familiar with this area and understand that it can be noisy at random times of the day/night, so that didn't bother us. We stayed for 1 night to go to a festival and this place served it's purpose. It's close to BART/MUNI and market st. I'd stay again.
