Booked in advance and turned away on arrival because "the place is full and the people here are good to extend their stay." Past reviews here and other map websites have cited this same issue, along with different room placement than booked/advertised. If this hostel wants to be fraudulent and not honor reservations, then I recommend Hostelworld remove them from here so it doesn't happen to anyone again. These poor business/personal ethics show true colors and allow karma to run it's course.

Booked a DELUXE double bed private room with ensuite bath/WC, AC and TV for 3 nights, 25 euros/night. Upon arrival the owner gives us a small dark twin room with no AC and no TV, 1 window that opens to the hallway, little privacy and no sunlight. The pictures don't match reality. We asked for another room, which we paid for. After discussion no compromise. They only pushed the 2 beds together with a thick blanket on top, no linnen sheets. Also very cold at night, thin walls. but ok location.

Me and my friend stayed two nights in the deluxe double room. When we arrived the atmosphere wasn't super welcoming, though we were offered tea and told that free mint tea was available in the evenings, though we never took this up. We were shown the two terraces and the bottom one was quite a nice space. Location was also decent. The room was small and very basic with no window to the outside (there was a window that opened onto the corridor to the terrace so having it open meant not much pri...

I read lots of good reviews on this accomodation but it turned out I can‘t understand the reason. The room was way smaller than I expected without windows and the room were not clean. When I was there, the owner was away, so I mainly communicted with two boy staffs there. And their attitudes were all in all frustrating. None of them were happy to help. I dont recommend

En arrivant au hostel, le personnel sembla étonné de notre arrivée malgré notre réservation depuis plusieurs mois et nous navons donc pas eu de réel accueil. Nous avons ensuite été présentés à nos chambres qui n'étaient pas du tout representatives des photos lors de la réservation : chambres plus ou moins propres, tous des lits simples alors que nous devions avoir 2 lits doubles et 2 lits simples, un ventilateur à la place de l'air climatisé, l'absence de litterie approprié. Das Hostel ist an sich für marokkanische Verhältnisse ganz vernünftig. Leider gab es ein paar Dinge die uns sehr negativ gestimmt haben. Statt zwei Einzelbetten hatten wir die Wahl zwischen einem Doppelbett oder einen Doppelstockbett. Dazu kam, das bei einstelligen Temperaturen über Regen die Klimaanlage erst angeblich nicht funktionieren sollte und dann auf Nachfrage plötzlich kostenpflichtig war. Es waren max 10°C im Zimmer und die Klimaanlage als Ausstattung des Zimmers angegeben.

A very good place to stay at. I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel. A special thanks to abdul, he was very nice, helpful, and welcoming. I would definitely go back there.

Die Twin bed rooms sind ohne Fenster und sehr beengend und kalt. Nicht wie auf den Fotos. Sehr hellhörig und das Licht auf dem Gang scheint in die Zimmer. Die Lage ist dafür aber sehr gut und die Terasse sehr schön!

Our booking was changed from with an external window to an internal “window”. This was to the hallway outside our room, which meant there was no natural light. You’re charged an additional fee to get the the remote to the air conditioning in your room.

Der Gastgeber war super super lieb, extrem gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit und sehr großzügig. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und empfehlen die Unterkunft wirklich jeden!

One of my favorite hostels I’ve been too! The location is perfect, you’ll realize in chefshaoun that all the inner streets look very similar which can leave you lost and confused, but this hostel is in the PERFECT location, near pharmacy convenience bank etc. the rooftop is amazing with the most amazing view of the city. Beds are clean and cozy. The hospitality is superb. Highly recommend this place!!!

Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better host in Chefchaouen, unbelievably hospitable and just made everything easy from the start. The place is in a perfect spot right next to the medina, so you can just step out and get straight into it. They also gave some great recommendations that made exploring the city way better.

Great location right next to the gate of the Medina. Comfortable stay with the cutest terrace and all around very accommodating. I recommend staying here!

Wir waren total dankbar, dass so viel Rücksicht darauf genommen wurde, dass wir mit Kleinkind angereist sind. Niemand hat sich über die Lautstärke beschwert und der Kontakt war sehr freundlich. Das Hostel war sauber, das Hostel ist kameraüberwacht, also absolut sicher und in bester Lage. Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

今回は泊まる予定だったのですが、急遽予定変更により、泊まることができませんでした。当日の朝の急なキャンセルで、100%支払うのが普通だと思っていましたが、支払わなくていいと言ってくださいました。また、荷物預けだけお願いできるか頼み、受け入れてくれました。 オーナーさんがとても明るく親切で、日本語がペラペラです。 トイレやWi-Fiも貸してくれた�...

Super Hostel, hier muss man her kommen. Die davhterasse is traumhaft!!

Staff were friendly and check-in was fine, but on my last night the staff accidentally locked the front door of the hotel, I was stranded on the street with way to contact staff. A stranger tried to help me, pressing on the plastic panel of the door until it broke, reaching inside and opening the lock. They aggressively demanded money for help afterwards. Complaining to the staff about this in the morning, I didn't receive any compensation and weak apology, dangerous and unprofessional.

We enjoyed our stay and the Host was very Kind, Beautiful Hostel but not Build for rain :).

Ligt op een hele goede plek. Personeel heeft goede tips om te eten bijv en is behulpzaam. Wij hebben het wel erg koud gehad in de kamer en het bed was vrij hard. Desalniettemin was de accommodatie erg fijn en zijn we blij dat we hier hebben verbleven.
