- 宿泊中に大切なリテーナー（歯の保定装置）を忘れたため、ホテルに連絡しました。最初の返信では「送ります」と言われ、住所や電話番号もすぐに伝えました。しかし、その後まったく連絡がなく、こちらから何度も確認しても返事がありませんでした。対応がとても不誠実で残念です。忘れ物を丁寧に対応するホテルだと思っていましたが、信頼できません。外国のお客様に対しても、きちんと対応してほしいです。

- 4階に泊まっている毎日赤のシャツを着た男性がパブリックのテーブルでパソコンで早朝から深夜まで YouTubeでの音がうるさく眠れません。朝食会場でもスタッフに対する暴言が酷く、食事の場の雰囲気も最低になりました。この方は40～50代です。この年代で非常識な態度の方に何を言っても無駄だと思います。支配人は出禁にすべきです。

Paper thin walls and very loud because it’s on the main kokusai street. Very convenient location, nice that you have free drinks and awamori happy hour. Cleanliness was definitely not there though

Incredibly loud even late at night, and the doors are as thin that it sounds as if someone is right in front of you. If you accept party groups, you need to make sure they don‘t scream or blowdry their hair at 2 in the morning.
