- 宿泊中に大切なリテーナー（歯の保定装置）を忘れたため、ホテルに連絡しました。最初の返信では「送ります」と言われ、住所や電話番号もすぐに伝えました。しかし、その後まったく連絡がなく、こちらから何度も確認しても返事がありませんでした。 対応がとても不誠実で残念です。忘れ物を丁寧に対応するホテルだと思っていましたが、信頼できません。外国のお客様に対しても、きちんと対応してほしいです。

- 4階に泊まっている 毎日赤のシャツを着た男性が パブリックのテーブルで パソコンで早朝から深夜まで YouTubeでの音がうるさく 眠れません。朝食会場でもスタッフに対する暴言が酷く、食事の場の雰囲気も最低になりました。 この方は40～50代です。この年代で非常識な態度の方に何を言っても無駄だと思います。支配人は出禁にすべきです。

- The staff treat customers with no manner, They also make faults and lie things.I forgave them.For example hung up my phone,staff said he is the owner...... I made fault,because of one reason. I can,t let stranger follow me to my hotel and if accident happen,I can,t speak Japanese, how can I communicate to the police? I didn't do it on purpose. I am sorry. I stay in Cube about over 60 times before covid 19,everything was fine,I never make noise or make troubles. My friend make a lot problems I know,but it,s individual person.Why it's like all my fault. I even try to help translate and control. The girl staff even said that she can call police and we will be in jail. I didn't hurt her at all. It.s not me. I feel she is threaten me. Every one has the right to face the law. A false accusation is a claim or allegation of wrongdoing that is untrue.

- ドアノブが取れたり、その後の対応が残念でした。 ドミタリー形式なので、決して快適ではなかったです。
+ Staff were friendly and hotel was clean. Common area had a relaxed atmosphere. If you want to be in the thick of Main Street action then the position is great. Easy walking to some great food & monorail station.
- Our room fronted the street and I’m assuming had very thin glass in the windows. The noise from the street was so bad and did not stop through the entire night (Thursday night) that we had almost no sleep. The interior rooms may have been more quiet. We attempted to locate to another room but it was fully booked so we moved to another hotel.
+ The bathroom/laundry facilities were nice. The bedding was fresh and clean.
- The room was awful. A capsule hotel will naturally have a very small room but that small space should be a tolerable, comfortable environment and this was not.
+ スタッフの対応がすばらしい。
- お部屋のづくりは以前のほうが良かった気もします。
+ 金額に見合った施設だった
- 壁が薄くて生活音がかなり聞こえる

+ 這天分配的房間未鄰馬路側，不受鄰路側噪音騷擾，房間雖小，但我認為還行
- 沒有鄰路側的房間，除了鄰房有時聲音大外 沒太多評論
+ 位置真的很好就在輕軌附近！
- 位置也真的因為在國際通平日會吵到晚上10點，假日吵的時間無極限

Paper thin walls and very loud because it’s on the main kokusai street. Very convenient location, nice that you have free drinks and awamori happy hour. Cleanliness was definitely not there though

Incredibly loud even late at night, and the doors are as thin that it sounds as if someone is right in front of you. If you accept party groups, you need to make sure they don‘t scream or blowdry their hair at 2 in the morning.
