I saw multiple cockroaches and they were bed bugs:/

I was attacked by bed bugs while sleeping. The hotel needs to review the hygiene of the mattress and bed.

Beware of bed bugs lurking inside the mattresses. I have bad allergies after staying one night. Yucks

There where Bedbugs on my Bed, the Kitchen was really dirty and didn’t even had Oil. I got my Money Back and Checked out before I even slept there. Please search for a cheap Airbnb or Hotel. I absolutely can not recommend to stay here!!!

I stayed here multiple times, no problems. Until now, where I never expected this - I got BEDBUGS. Horrid ones, I'm bitten and in pain. Truly never imagined myself in a worse situation.

On m'a donné une serviette de bain qu'ils avaient pris d'une armoire --> elle n'était pas humide mais encore mouillée. Les salles de bain sont rarement nettoyées car étaientt toujours très sales, pleine de terre sur le sol. M'ont dit qu'il fallait que j'arrive tôt pour le petit déjeuner car sinon il n'y aurait pas assez a manger. Résultat: 10min avant 8h, il y avait déjà une énorme colonne de personne qui attendait pour manger, ils se préparaient des sandwich pour le midi, il n'y avait aucun contrôle des quantités. Ça ne sert à rien de mettre 8h00-10h le déjeuner si ils demandent d'être là avant 8h. Les draps des lits grattaient mais pas vue de punaise de lit heureusement.

It's ok. Like cheap and reasonable but I think I got bedbug bites from there. There's no really anything that makes people socialise. The common spaces are awkward and small so it's not that easy to socialise. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting one morning and showers were stupidly slippery, really feared for my life walking around the showers area, and I was wearing shoes. I don't think I would stay here again.

I’m actually traumatised, bed wasn’t that clean, lockers are outside of the room on a different floor, it’s not quiet. I had booked a stay for multiple nights and only spent 1 night there cause it was that bad, I just got a different accommodation instead. When I raised the issue with the bedding not being clean staff said it had been cleaned just not ‘made’, after I spent the one night there I had little spots on one of my arms, probably from bed bugs or something. Don’t recommend.

Beds were very uncomfortable, very thin mattress and you can feel everything underneath, I'm not 100% sure but I had bites when I woke up in the morning that looks alot like bed bugs, so you may want to check for them. Kitchen was so small and the overall vibe was mundane, staff just stare at you. The lockers are way downstairs so that's inconvenient if you need something out your bag.

Bathrooms get really gross and often have no toilet paper. My first room was good. I was moved to a different room where I woke up to bedbugs. It may have just been my bed. Everyone in the room was moved to a new room, but they told us to just bring all our stuff that was touching the old beds to the new room. May have spread them more. I also was made to feel like an inconvenience when I went to the front desk about it. Reception hours online aren’t correct and no laundry.
