It was awful.the room had bed bugs

- weird smell in the whole property that gets worse with the air conditioning, makes me think there's something funky in their ventilation - common area couches are filthy with visible stains and dirt - breakfast options are expensive and fried/processes. I got the fruit yoghurt bowl and it sucked - the blankets in the room are really thin - I was getting itchy while in bed, suspect bed bugs or some other insects again I cannot emphasise how ripe and rank the smell is. it's the strongest in the rooms when the AC is on, but in the lobby as well. a friend who was not staying in the property came to visit and he smelt it in the lounge too

Since I layed down I started to twitch. I got bitten so many times all over my body when I’d already sprayed bug spray. I’ve been in hostels this hasn’t happened. I think it was bed bugs. If not a large amount of bugs in one place! They did apologise but no refund or compensation was offered.

Location wise is awesome. But room is dirty with bed bugs. Toilet still got leftover hair on the floor. Bed sheets have stain. Won't be back again to this place as price is expensive for such dirty rooms. 3am still got noise in neighbour room.

The bed was filled with bed bugs. Almost no atmosphere at the hostel - felt more like a hotel. Staff were nice but were of almost no help when asking for recommendations for what to do in Phuket.
