Bottle Beach Resort

The resort itself we stayed at for less than 20 minutes as my friend noticed a cockroach in the lobby and we were greeted by more cockroaches in the two different rooms they offered us. We didn't feel comfortable staying here because of the cleanliness and were shocked it was rated so high. The staff were kind in trying to accomodate us and drove us closer to the city when we told them we wouldn't be staying. They also gave us a fool refund.

Location is excellent, no doubt about that! Unfortunately, maintenance of the buildings seems to be a problem. Absolutely no window could be closed properly-in other words: while relaxing at the beach, everyone could enter the apartment. Safe was closed, and no key available to open it and/or make it useable. 2nd key for opening front door not available after forgetting mine inside. Room Maid was the only help one can get. Bathroom ceiling once was opened and still is- geckos paradise!
