O que a torre proporciona Casino fedendo cinzeiro, quartos sujos e velhos - tomei picadas de percevejos - corredores e quartos com carpetes, o que é nojento pois claramente não conseguem limpar efede cigarro! Os funcionarios do checkin nao fazem nada para agradar, só fazem o proposto, nao melhoram a experiência!

BED BUGS IN SELECT TOWER 10th floor Staff

I was bitten by bed bugs, my ac did no t work, and my TV kept going on and off overall a bad experience being bit by bugs

Nothing The sheets weren't changed. There was blood on them just covered up under the bed. 3 of us caught bed bugs shower tub wasn't even cleaned there was hair everywhere

My room didn't smell and didn't have bed bugs. The staff at the front desk were of no help. I upgraded my room weeks before my trip and was checked into an unupgraded room. I also requested an early check-in weeks before my trip and was not accommodated. I had to wait over 4hrs just to check in. Nobody from the hotel even apologized or tried to remedy the issue. Also, the food at PTs is absolutely horrible and expensive. Walls and floors are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. Never staying here again.

nice but use to be my favorite hotel bed bug in my bed . didn’t accommodate me good enough for that front desk manager rude sent security to my door over a restaurant bill but ignored the fact my 4 year old daughter found the bed bug .

The only good thing is the staff. This is the only saving grace for this hotel. The fact that I found bedbugs in my room. This was a major issue and concern.

Comedy club The rooms had roaches and bedbugs. The rooms have no microwaves...and you have to pay extra for frige in standard rooms.

Piso parcialmente de madeira. Acredito que os hotéis deveriam remover todo o carpete para evitar o acúmulo de ácaros e “bed bugs”. Apesar de anunciada como “recém-reformada”, a unidade estava visivelmente sem manutenção. Pelo jeito houve um vazamento de água do frigobar durante muito tempo e o móvel ficou danificado. O papel de parede estava descolado em vários locais e o ar condicionado estava com muita poeira acumulada.
