- We were supposed to stay for two nights but left after just a few minutes. The room was very dirty and smelled funny, but at first we wanted to stay. When we saw the stains on the bedcovers that have not been washed, we booked something else and left immediately. Would not recommend staying here, as it is far away from European standards. Though, judging from the price, it kind of was to be expected.

- The staff were very rude and unwelcoming having stayed there for a while i felt they became very unapproachable and when i was spoken to regarding a few issues i felt the staff member was very rude in his approach, as a paying customer i felt very uncomfortable with the vibes even in the roof top cafe the worker often felt like he was prying in my business and then he wasn't very nice after that. The first room i stayed in had lizards coming in and out of the air conditioning unit frequently and then then the next room i was moved too had a Ant problem in the bathroom, Wi-Fi wasn't great, The kitchen area for lodgers was next to my room and was overflowing with rubbish and Ants were everywhere, not what you should be experiencing as a paying customer, my money will not be going into this establishment again.

- El baño huele más y tiene poca luz. Y hablando de luces…había una luz que entraba por la ventana que los impedía dormir, muy incómoda!

+ The only positive aspect was the location, close to various attractions, restaurants, and other amenities. Additionally, the room had a reasonably good view, although not one of the best. If given the chance, I would definitely opt for something better.

- The hotel is clearly in decline, with noticeable lack of maintenance and inadequate cleaning. It is evident that the staff are not performing their duties well, as the cleaning is superficial and lacks attention to detail. For instance, visible areas may appear clean at first glance, but upon closer inspection, such as opening the wardrobe, you can find dust, cobwebs, and signs of neglect. Unfortunately, the team does not seem properly trained or prepared to provide quality service.

- Lage in South Jakarta absolut keine Empfehlung! Aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts. Badezimmer war super klein und heruntergekommen. Waschbecken und Dusche waren undicht, sodass aus dem Siphon und dem Hahn das Wasser an der Seite rausspritzte. Betten nicht gerade bequem und kleine Ameisen im Zimmer.

+ A localização era longe do centro mas o comboio é bem perto e também tem supermercado grande e muito comércio de comida na região.

- O quarto não tinha ventilação, não tinha janela pro quintal que pudesse abrir pra arejar o interior.

+ It was in a quiet suburb so no construction or loud street sounds, and I appreciated the window with natural light. Its also very affordable, so cannot complain. Fairly humble room.

- The bed was pretty uncomfortable, with a spring sticking out right in the middle. The bathroom was also pretty dire, the shower head sprayed upwards so the whole room got soaking wet, not to mention the awful smell that was coming from the bathroom pipes. And while the location of the accommodation is in a 'quiet area', it was too quiet for me, and too far south in Jaksel for my convenience. No nice restaurants or shops within walking distance, so I guess just know what you're paying for.

- 1 موقع الفندق صعب الوصول اليه في اخر الليل 2 الستائر داخل الغرفه خفيفه جدا حيث يكون ضوء الشمس مزعج خلال النهار 3 لايوجد مصعد كهربائي

+ Location is good, just few steps from mrt Cipete Raya, grab can, gojek also can, kat atas ada kedai makan niceeeee

+ Cheap, good area, clean and staff were very friendly the few interactions I had with them

- Not super comfortable bed and for non religious people, the nearby mosque will wake you up.

+ The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is very convenient, situated close to supermarkets, a shopping mall, and the MRT station, making it easy to get around. Transportation and food delivery services were also easily accessible. Overall, the environment was peaceful and pleasant, making it a very enjoyable stay.

- There were a few minor issues during my stay. The internet connection was occasionally unreliable, which could be inconvenient at times. The curtains were quite thin, so the room became very bright in the morning due to sunlight. Additionally, I noticed an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom at night.

+ The location is super nice, had complaint about the room and got move the next day and received complimentary. Overall experience is great!

+ Als ik in Jakarta ben slaap ik hier. Dichtbij winkelcentrum en metro. Heerlijk bed. Vriendelijk personeel. Ditmaal kon ik ivm een late vlucht pas ver na middernacht inchecken. Dat was geen enkel probleem.

+ Fijne, stille ligging (dichtbij metro) Je kunt je flesje water bijvullen

- Geen gordijn om de kamer donker te maken
