- We booked a family room at the hotel which we would pay at check-in. We even messaged the hotel staff to confirm whether we needed to pay in advance, and they said no. But when we arrived, they told us there were no rooms available—so frustrating! They sent us to another homestay, which was terrible—no view, no breakfast, and the bathroom was in awful condition.

+ The homestay has a nice view of the nice terrace, located in Ta Van, easy for a daily trekking. Breakfast has been the best, big dish and cook by the order.
- Unfortunately we couldn't rest well at all during our 3 nights stay. We booked a double room which is on the first floor, right at the entry, also next to their reception table and the kitchen, and an open balcony. The room is not insulated, so starting in the morning, we woke up by hearing people chatting, walking around, cooking in the kitchen, and at night time the dogs started to bark in the balcony continues. All the noise was terrible and it was like just right next to your ear.

- The room had a lot of bugs, dead and alive. The restaurant (where we were supposed to eat -) was very dirty. Fleas on the pillows, spider nets everywhere, and very dusty. The food gave us a bit of a stomach problem.
+ Bungalow z ładnym widokiem. Pan kelner miły. Ciche spokojne miejsce poza centrum.
- Szczeliny między oknem a ściana wynoszące 5 cm. Brak izolacji w pokojach, wielka ilość insektów. Śniadanie bardzo ubogie, brak napoju do śniadania, możliwość dokupieni w wysokiej cenie. Trudny dojazd do centrum. Właściciel nastawiony na biznes i czuć ze zależy mu głównie na ściągnięciu jak największej ilości pieniędzy ze swoich gości.

Schöne Unterkunft Mitten in den Reisfeldern. Preis-Leistung Top! Die Heizdecke hat uns wirklich gerettet, weil es im Zimmer doch sehr kalt war.Vor allem das Bad hätte meiner Meinung nach sauberer sein können. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker.
Nice accommodation in the middle of the Reisfelder. Price-Leistung Top! The Heizdecke really saved us, because it was very cold in the room.Especially the bathroom I think could have been cleaner. The breakfast was very tasty.

A lovely homestay for some well-earned downtime, especially after the Ha Giang Loop. Set outside Sapa town (only a 20-minute Grab ride away), it offers stunning mountain views and peaceful surroundings. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming, and the home-cooked food was delicious. The rooms were cozy and they had hot showers, heated blanket was a lifesaver in February’s cooler weather. Highly recommend for a relaxing countryside escape.

+ Beautiful bungalows. Comfortable, clean and with a nice view. The price is very affordable too.
- The shared spaces like garden aren’t as clean as the room. A lot of trash in the garden that no one seems to pick up.
+ On the positive side, the views are beautiful, and I can imagine they’re even better in high season. And the heated mattress was a real lifesaver in the chilly weather. Breakfast was quite good as well.
- The room was extremely noisy from the road, it honestly felt like sleeping right on the street, with motorbikes passing late at night and starting again early in the morning. What surprised me most is that this isn’t even a main road, yet it was still so busy. Because of the noise, I slept very poorly. Another downside was that the bathroom was outside the room, which turned out to be really inconvenient, especially having to walk there at night in the cold.

+ Il posto è meraviglioso, in mezzo alle risaie una pace e tranquillità unica. Però fa molto freddo, a riscaldarti c’è una coperta termica elettrica, ma fuori dal letto purtroppo è troppo freddo. Possibilità di noleggiare moto,di pranzare e cenare. Tutto perfetto, avrei detto perfetto anche ogni parte del servizio, ma nota dolente dell’ultimo giorno.
- Il posto è meraviglioso, in mezzo alle risaie una pace e tranquillità unica. Però fa molto freddo, a riscaldarti c’è una coperta termica elettrica, ma fuori dal letto purtroppo è troppo Abbiamo pianificato con loro autobus da sapa a catba, ma non ci hanno dato nessuna informazione, né del traghetto come funzionasse né la compagnia. Ci hanno fatto scattare la foto al messaggio che diceva per due persone, la tratta e indirizzo dove andare, niente di più. Abbiamo chiesto se c’era un ufficio, una compagnia di autobus qualcosa in più ma nessuno ci ha detto nulla, quando siamo arrivati al punto di ritrovo c’era un ufficio ma non c’era nessuno quindi non sapevamo come muoverci, abbiamo provato a scrivere e chiamare la struttura, nessuna risposta (neanche il giorno dopo, almeno per scusarsi di non aver risposto) oltre al fatto, ma questo non è detto dipenda dall’hotel, la compagnia autobus è stata veramente terribile e scortese, se prenotano sempre con la stessa, lasciate perdere perché lo staff dell’autobus è stato maleducato e poco cordiale, oltre ad essere un viaggio di 13h in un autobus da 34 posti più persone stese in terra

+ Amazing family feeling! Great hosts!
Richtig schöne Unterkunft direkt in den Bergen. Wenn man Aktivitäten machen möchte oder in die Stadt fahren will, muss man mit Taxi oder Moped fahren. Die Zimmer sind leider sehr kalt, aber das Personal hat uns netterweise eine Heizdecke gegeben :) Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit hier, wobei uns vor allem Puppy und der kleine Kater ans Herz gewachsen sind.
If you want to do activities or go to the city, you have to go by taxi or moped. the rooms are unfortunately very cold, but the staff has kindly given us a heizdeck :) We had a really nice time here, where we especially Puppy and the little Kater ans Herz have grown.

It's an impressive place, you can breathe a lot of tranquility.
The place is really pretty, and the staff were nice. But when I got to my room, I saw tons of ants – some dead, some half-dead, and some still crawling around. I told my host, and they said the room had been sprayed and it would sort itself out. I asked if I could switch rooms, but they said only bungalows were free, and those would cost extra. All night, I could hear ants in the floorboards above me, so sleeping was tough.
+ Staff was extremely friendly and the surrounding environment was excellent. They have a little restaurant and cafe with good food, coffee, and drinks.
