After two nights me and my friend found several bites and started looking in and around the bed where we found MANY and BIG bedbugs. After contacting the owner and telling him about this, he said he would ask the cleaner to clean the room.. this is of course not enough, so we told him we would move out and asked for a refund for the remaining nights, which we after a long time and several reminders got. Anyway, would not recomend this place because of the bedbugs, not sure if they took it seriously and sanitized the place or not.

BEDBUGS!!! I killed 2 during the night, and then we have to keep the light turned on while sleeping, still I have to wake up frequently to check if any bedbug come out again.. This is disgusting… The mattress and the pillow are not comfortable, that’s why I woke up in the night and find the bedbugs crawling near the pillow.. The walls are really thin between the chambers, you can hear every tiny sound from the other guests. But for that the host was very sweet to have prepared earplugs for everyone.

Durch die zentrale Lage war es extrem laut, Müllabfuhr nachts und früh, gegenüber wurde ein Haus eingerüstet, wir hatten Zimmer 4 und haben jedes Gespräch aus Zimmer 3 mithören können, 3 Nächte sehr schlecht geschlafen und zum guten Schluss noch jede Menge Bettwanzen - Stiche davon getragen, was nicht unbedingt für beste Sauberkeit spricht

We stayed in Room 4 on 9th and 10th September and there were bed bugs in the room. I was left with numerous bites which are still persisting. We informed the hosts and they were very apologetic and came to see us at the property. They informed us that there had been a recent infestation in the room and they had performed a treatment. However, we were not made aware of this and I don't believe that the hosts were monitoring the room sufficiently for signs of bugs reappearing. The hosts paid for products from the pharmacy and offered to refund a single night. However, I am very unhappy with the lack of care taken to ensure that the room was clean and fit for guests to stay. I would strongly discourage anyone from staying at this property at this time.
