+ The cleaning personell is nice

- Once again I stayed at this place naively paying for a room only to get a hostel room even though I paid and booked a hotel room. I do not understand why they do this and how is that even legal? The other thing is the heating again that is obviously set low by this place, we are not all German and we do freeze at that temperature and the fact that this is a paid room at least you can get a warm room. It is crazy that you pay foe hotel room and you get a hostel room like, there you go, you have your own room. And no explaination at the reception nor a reason why they do this!!! Avoid

- Bei Ankuft wurde mir erklärt, dass es ein Parkhaus vorhanden sei, darf aber wegen Umbaumaßnahmen nicht benutzt werden... Mußte drei Mal um die Rechnung bitten...

+ Lo único bueno es que la cama era cómoda.

- Estaba en reparaciones en nuestro sector de la habitación, se escuchaba ruido de martillo y taladro todo el día, ruido de mover muebles etc, empezaban de temprano tipo 6.30am tanto día de semana como sábado, no dejaban descansar bien, instalaciones en reparación con plásticos en el pasillo, ascensor cubierto, en la cafetería de la recepción pocas veces se encontraba el personal para atender.

- L'hotel privilegia i gruppi studenteschi, senza alcuna accortezza di far valere un minimo di rispetto per gli altri ospiti. Siamo stati 3 notti e su 3 notti non ne abbiamo dormita mezza. Classi e gruppi diversi. Un disagio continuo, ragazzini ubriachi grazie alle macchinette di alcolici alla reception che correvano, urlavano, sbattevano porte e si mettevano a chiacchierare (urlando) indisturbati in corridoio. Al check out fatto alle 3 di mattina per via dell'aereo, abbiamo fatto presente la cosa alla reception e ci è stato detto che prediligono i grandi gruppi e che comunque non potevano farci nulla (l'hotel non è tuo? un richiamo nel rispetto di chi paga sicuramente più di loro penso proprio che si potesse fare). Il mio consiglio per loro è stato di scegliere meglio ed esplicitare i tipi di clienti che vogliono. Il mio consiglio per chi verrà dopo è: se si vuole dormire almeno due ore, è di cambiare tipologia di hotel perché per il prezzo e la tipologia di stanza non ne vale certamente la pena.

- On the booking com there were the notes, that I don't need to book the parking, but when I came, the receptionist told me that I didn't reserve the place and parking is full. Bur I see the free places there. I could only parked 1,5 away for the price 50€ per night. Also there were no hair dryer in room

+ Ήταν κοντά στο κέντρο

- Δεν λειτουργούσε το κλιματιστικό στο δωμάτιο από εμάς. Έπρεπε να καλούμε στη ρεσεψιόν κάθε μέρα για να το ανοίξουν ή να το κλείσουν.

- La planta del hotel donde nos alojamos estuvo de obras dos de las tres noches en las que nos alojamos. Empezó el domingo con ruido desmontando muebles y moviéndolos, de 8 a 4 de la tarde. Cuando pedimos explicaciones a recepción solo nos pidieron perdón. El ruido siguió el día siguiente por la mañana. La única compensación que nos han ofrecido es desayuno gratis. Si nos hubieran avisado que el hotel estaría de obras hubiéramos cancelado. Las paredes son muy finas y el metro justo al lado, no vais a dormir bien tampoco por eso. No volveremos ni que nos paguen por venir!

- Die Unterkunft war extrem laut, man dachte die U oder S-Bahn fährt durch das eigene Zimmer. Weiter waren Jugendliche Gruppen orhanden, die extremen Lärm auf den Fluren gemacht haben an unsere Zimmer geklopft haben und auch nach Beschwerde bei der Rezeption nicht damit aufgehört haben. Da sind wir auch einen Tag eher abgereist. Weiter waren die Betten sehr schlecht, die Matratzen lagen nicht auf einem Bettgestell, sondern einfach auf einem Brett.

- I was supposed to stay at Acama Hotel in early September, but my experience was extremely disappointing. The room I was given was located directly next to the U-Bahn line, with trains running until around 1 AM and starting again around 4 AM. The noise was unbearable — it was impossible to have a normal conversation, let alone sleep. Because of the heat, keeping the window closed wasn’t an option, which made resting in the room completely impossible. I asked the reception to change the room or offer any solution, but was told nothing could be done. I was informed that maybe in the following days a change might be possible, but only after the manager returned — and no one knew when that would be. Late that evening, after consulting with Booking.com, I decided to leave, since the main purpose of a hotel stay — being able to sleep — simply could not be met. Over the following days I contacted Booking.com multiple times to help mediate a refund, but each agent provided conflicting information. I also tried to reach the hostel’s manager in person during my stay in Berlin, but no one was available for four consecutive days. After returning home, Booking.com informed me that the hostel claimed to have offered me another room, which was an outright lie. I also emailed the hostel directly, but never received a response. In the end, I paid for accommodation I could not use. The hostel staff were unhelpful and ultimately dishonest. I absolutely do not recommend Acama Hotel — if you get a room facing the street, sleeping is simply impossible, and the staff will do nothing to help.

+ Lokalizacja obiektu pozwoliła na łatwy i szybki dojazd do atrakcji w mieście

+ Der Empfang war sehr zuvorkommend, ich konnte schon vor der offiziellen Check in Zeit das Zimmer beziehen. Frühstück war reichhaltig und für mich absolut ausreichend.

- Mein Zimmer war zur Steasse bzw U-Bahn, durch diese Hochbrücke hört man leider trotz geschlossener Fenster jede Bahn - tagsüber im Minutentakt- vorbeifahren.

+ Vybavenie, dostupnosť, čistota perfektná. Príjemný personál okrem jednej výnimky, ktorý to dosť pokazil.

- Recepčná bola absolútne nepríjemná. (Sám som rečepčným a viem ako sa mám profesionálne správať k zákazníkom :)) )

+ La ubicación, tiene mucho comercio a 2 calles atrás del hotel, el hotel es limpio y todo en orden, el baño es amplio, amplia habitación. Hay elevador y el personal es muy agradable

- La cama, esta dividida como en 2 colchones y es bastante dura, las almohadas son demasiado suaves al grado de que sientes que no tienes ninguna

+ La grandezza della stanza, la comodità e la pulizia dei servizi.

- Nulla, era tutto perfetto
