SWARM OF BUGS IN ROOM! DO NOT STAY! Room was extremely stuffy, smelly and windows had to stay closed (opened to a stuffy dirty shaft and manager insisted they remain shut). No other ventilation just AC. Manager insisted room was fine if I turned on AC and it did get less stuffy after some hours. Then in middle of night I felt something on my arms and woke up to THOUSANDS OF BUGS in the room! On the bed, my bags, the walls! Manager offered me a new room but I couldn’t sleep after that!
decent value, the room was big and quiet, good location, staff was kind and accommodating, but the room and facilities could use some work. The sheets had stains, walls had mold/water damage, we saw the occasional cockroach run through the room, sewer smell in the bathroom.
Quaint spot right in the heart of French quarter. The balcony makes the room feel extra cozy, and the bed is very comfortable
Good location in Hanoi close to all the main sites, however not very social. Good for a group of people to stay however I would not recommend for a solo traveller looking to make friends

A lovely place to stay in Hanoi! The location is great, and our room was nice and quiet away from the loud. The staff here were very friendly and helpful too! I would really recommend staying here

Superbe localisation, un peu de bruit car la route passé dessous mais sinon tout est super.
Superb location, a little bit of noise because the road passed underneath but otherwise everything is great.
Central position in the Old Town in a quirky building. Ideal for a base to explore the city
