I was a nice room. Staff was extremely helpful, any issues they will try to sorted out asap. Daniel the manager and the rest of the staff members are amazing. He is willing to help with anything you need, booking Ha Long tour for example was my case and very important the rate he offer is very reasonable. Bed is comfy, and room has a good size. The location is very good as well in the hart of the West lake within a walking distance to the lake. Everything was as expected!
