Hostal El Lobo

- The staff was not competent nor welcoming at all. We ask for things to do and they couldnt really advice anything. When we wanted to take a rest, it was almost impossible because kids were playing outside, shooting a ball againt the room we slept nor at the pool, because people came from outside the hostel drinking in the pool and again kids spitting in the water and being noicy.

- La manageuse était des plus horrible et nous a fait passé un mauvais séjour. Nous avons été mal accueillis, nous étions arrivé malade (tourista). Pas d’eau chaude dans la chambre et aucune solution à nous proposer. Heureusement le monsieur du matin était très sympa et la dame du bar aussi. Je suis arrivée pour le petit déjeuner à 9h, il finissait à 9h30 et il n’y avait plus de jus, je n’ai eu aucune solution à nouveau pour remplacer le jus qui était inclus dedans.

- Staff is awful, the noise all day from the bar and the hippie music selection is pukable , the mattresses are old and smellttand the rooms are dirty.

- - da wir mit dem nachtbus angekommen sind haben wir bereits vor der anreise nach einem early check-in gefragt, welcher kostenlos bestätigt wurde. bei ankunft wurde dieser dann natürlich verrechnet und erst nach einem langen gespräch mit der managerin zurückerstattet - achtung bei der zimmerwahl, wir hatten mit balkon gebucht, haben dass zwar ei etwas größeres zimmer dafür aber ohne balkon und ohne fenster bekommen, es war ein kaputtes fliegengitter also fenster wodurch das zimmer sehr hellhörig ist und natürlich mit moskitos - ganz in der früh starten genau hier die boote mit lauten motoren in den amazonas, also nichts mit ausschlafen - das frühstück ist ein ei und ein brot

- The room was very gross and not clean. The sheets did not seem as if they had been washed, floor was dirty and hair was in the bathroom drain.

+ Schöner Ausblick auf den Fluss, schöner Pool

- Gemeinschaftsbereich ist nur draußen. WLAN hat nicht funktioniert. Das Wasser in den Zimmern hat an zwei Morgen nicht funktioniert. Rezeption: wir kamen frühmorgens mit dem Nachtbus an und uns wurde Frühstück angeboten. Leider wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt, dass wir dafür bezahlen müssen und da ich diese Konstellation in neun Monaten Nachtbus fahren noch nie hatte, habe ich vorab auch nicht nachgefragt. Die Rezeption hat auf unsere Reklamation sehr unhöflich reagiert und hat uns zudem unterstellt, hinsichtlich des nicht funktionierenden Wassers zu lügen. Ich kann dieses Hostel nicht empfehlen, es gibt viel bessere in Rurrenabaque.

+ Es ist alles da was man braucht für 1 Nacht.

- Zimmer und insbesondere das Bad waren sehr dreckig mit Haaren vom Vorgänger… richtig ecklig. Bett war durchgeladen und Kissen eine Qual. Extrem laut und hellhörig. Rauchgeruch im Zimmer, weil Leute vor der Tür geraucht haben. Wenn der Gast über unserem Zimmer auf der Toilette war, war es sehr laut bei uns im Zimmer….

+ I stayed there twice. Once in the family room and once in the double room. Both rooms had a balcony. The first one was viewing the swimming pool and the second one the garden mostly. Both rooms had a toilet with the shower. Beds were comfy, with mosquito nets. The double room was a bit bigger than a family room, but both were comfy and big enough (we've been 2 people).

- I think that the pool/bar area could be a bit more organised and tidy (games and bookshelf looked a bit sad).

+ A good Hostel to stay a night or two. Great common area with pool and games.

- Feels a little wild. Not 100% clean and not a lot of bathrooms. Breakfast is okay 6/10

+ Großer Pool, mit Blick auf den Beni River. Sehr netter Gemeinschaftsbereich. Tipptopp Wäsche Service. Die erste Unterkunft in Bolivien, in der es möglich war, mit der in Booking hinterlegten Kreditkarte auch zu zahlen. Auch nach dem Check out durften wir noch den Pool und die Gemeinschaftsbereiche incl. Duschen nutzen - das ist premium!

- Frühstück etwas lieblos und ausbaufähig. Im Zimmer hat es sehr muffig, feucht, nach Keller gerochen. Der gleiche Geruch haftete an den Handtüchern und der Bettwäsche.

+ Un 10. Piscina limpia. Barato. Servicio y trabajadores muy simpáticos. Ideal para unos dias.

+ Parfait, vue sublime depuis l'établissement, petit déjeuner offert, ambiance très agréable. Vue magnifique depuis la chambre en dortoir.
