I've been double charging the amount money pay on 28/9/2025 They take 2 times money in my account is show on statement. Booking 28/9/2024 to 30/9/2025
When the WiFi doesn’t work… Horrible staff and so horrible that they treat the hotel like their party house, feet in your face at reception while videos playing loud on the computer. But worst of all they have made the only separate toilet private to staff so dozens of people share one bathroom-toilet. That bathroom is a converted cellar and I almost got my eye gouged out by the door coat rack. Carpets are dirty even in my room the carpet was thick with dirt. Room space was cramped complet...
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL, don’t waste your money and don’t trust photos.
Just horrible. It was dusty and a LOT mold in the bathroom. No window. Felt like I was sleeping in prison.I DO NOT recommend!
Room was disgusting. They were painting and colouring in grout with black marker so trying to freshen the place up but would have been better cleaning the rooms properly. The floor was disgusting. I couldn’t walk barefoot in my room and there were nail clippings on the floor. The sheets seemed clean but for a burn mark. I don’t care about small outdated spaces if rooms smell, look and feel clean. Stayed 1 night and avoided showers as bathroom was gross. I could go on but am out of character...
If you just want a bed to sleep at night this is fine but don’t expect anything more. I had a single room shared bathroom, which was basically a cellar in the basement with a bed in it. It did the job but the bathroom was GROSS! It stank and the shower was a joke - I had to shower on my knees as the shower head was not attached to the wall (probably bc the bathroom ceiling was too low to stand up), there was no bathmat so the bathroom floor was always wet and slippery which was gross & dangero...
El hostel más sucio en el que he estado nunca. Reservé una habitación básica y la ventana era un ventanuco encima de la.puerta que daba al pasillo. La luz del pasillo está encendida toda la noche así que es imposible dormir a oscuras. Esa era la única ventilación. No volveré
Es ist an einem sehr guten Standort, eine Minute vom Bus und etwa 10 Minuten von der U-Bahn. Allerdings ist das England und ein altes Gebäude. Mein Zimmer war winzig und hatte keine Fenster nach aussen. Da mein Zimmer direkt neben der Rezeption lag, welche 24h geöffnet ist, hatte ich bis etwa Mitternacht Leute die ich reden hörte. Wer also nur zum schöafen eei Zimmer braucht und weder Geräusch noch Luchtempfindlich ist, dem kann ich das Hotel dadank der Top Lage weiter empfehlen
It is in a very good location, a minute from the bus and about 10 minutes from the subway. However, this is England and an old building. My room was tiny and had no windows to the outside. Since my room was right next to the reception, which is open 24 hours, I had people talking until about midnight. So if you just need to get a room and are neither Noisy nor airtight, I can recommend this hotel thanks to the top location.
Location is great. But my room was so small I couldn't even really unpack cause there was not enough space for my stuff. It had no window and it was super warm inside, even at night. There was a fan in there but it did not help much. It wasn't really clean either. Worst thing was the shared bathroom in the basement. The paper towels got refilled so staff must have been in there. But it was very dirty and smelled bad. It was disgusting and made me not wanna shower for the time of my stay.

This is without doubt the cheapest hotel you’ll find at a location like this. Therefore I knew beforehand that we should not expect too much. Almost everything in the hotel was, as expected. cheap and worn down, but the bed was surprisingly good. Clean sheets, nice matress. There was however one big downside I did not account for, and that was a cold shower. The people at the reception were very kind and tried to fix it. It however only stayed warmish for a minute before turning cold again...

For a single traveller to the most expensive postal code in England I thought the property was perfect for me. I would stay here again.

Convenient location and cheap for central London. Was fine for a one night stay before heading to the airport but the bedroom was very basic and very tight on space, so not really suitable for more than one night.
This hostel is in the most ideal location. The room is small and basic, but you’re in London, you shouldn’t be staying in the room. For the price you pay, it’s a great deal. It’s simply a place to sleep while you’re exploring London. I’d highly recommend it.
