Cranbrook Hotel

Nous sommes arrivés au Cranbrook Hotel avec une réservation pour deux, mais avons dû ajouter une personne. La réception a refusé, nous dirigeant vers le Park Hotel Ilford, où un supplément de 80 € a été demandé. Faute de disponibilité, nous avons été transférés au Woodlands Lodge Ilford, où la chambre était insécurisée, mal nettoyée, avec une odeur de curry et des sanitaires bruyants. Déçus par cette expérience, nous avons annulé notre séjour.

I usually don't leave a review. But this hotel was uniquely difficult. They cleaned rooms in the morning and was disruptive. I also felt questioned and actively monitored by staff. There is also a strict policy on providing a deposit. The deposit exceeded the cost of the stay but to be fair they do state it in the emails you get after booking. The neighborhood is rough as well. I presume they have a lot of these rules and distrust in guests as a result. I would suggest a pod hotel over this.
