+ La ubicación.
- El servicio pésimo, tras eso cobraron un 8% adicional al precio, las camas con ácaros, baños sin papel, atención pobre. De las peores experiencias en viaje.
- Personnel : horrible. Ambiance : 0. Wifi : très mauvaise. Petit-déjeuner et chambres : ok. A fuir. Je n’ai jamais vu un personnel aussi désagréable.
- Nos estafaron 20 dólares con la tarjeta de abrir el pod/cama.

- Há muitos pontos negativos para destacar no hostel. O primeiro deles e que nos fez sair o quanto antes foi que é permitido fumar em praticamente todas as áreas comuns - inclusive na sala com sofás e com mesas para trabalhar, então se você não é fumante vai ser obrigado a conviver com fumaça de cigarro o tempo todo. É permitido fumar inclusive no corredor ao lado dos quartos. Enviei uma mensagem questionando isso e fui ignorado. O outro ponto negativo é o café da manhã: servem apenas café amargo, panquecas (de caixinha, artificial) e pra uma jeleia que é puro açúcar. Além disso vai sobrar, com muita sorte, um pouco de iogurte e uns pedaço de melancia. O último ponto e mais grave é que o hostel nos roubou 20 dólares da seguinte forma: no check in te informam que se você perder a chave (cartão) da cápsula (cama), tem que pagar uma multa de 20 dólares. Nós saimos com pressa e não encontramos uma das nossas chaves, dissemos que deixaríamos os 20 dólares mas voltaríamos com a chave quando encontrássemos - e foi o que fizemos! Uns dias depois voltamos pra devolver a chave e recuperar o dinheiro e nos disseram que já não era mais possível fazer a devolução. Enfim, um hostel que tinha potencial se converteu em uma péssima experiência. Passem longe deste lugar, há opções melhores, com melhor serviço, atendimento e mais honestas em Antigua.

This hostel charged an incredible amount of money to people during Semana Santa. I was charged over 30 dollars a night and I heard someone being charged over 70 dollars for facilities that were not worth that at all - just a pod.
the pods reminded me of being in an airplane toilet, it was very cold at night and they don't shut the doors so you are exposed to the elements. There were no common areas to hang out, just random chairs spread around the place. They didn't have toilet paper in any of the toilets... I could say more, but i'll leave it at that.
Het hostel zelf was prima, bedden lagen lekker en warm water uit de douche. Helaas een hele slechte klantenservice. Wij hebben via dit hostel een prive shuttlle geboekt naar het vliegveld. We kwamen er op het moment zelf achter dat we niet bij het hostel opgehaald werden, maar een paar straten verderop. Waardoor we s nachts alleen over straat moesten. Ook kwam de shuttle 30min te laat, wat erg slechte service is als je een vlucht moet halen. Alles werd erg slecht gecommuniceerd en niet opgelost.
The hostel itself was great, beds were nice and hot water from the shower. unfortunately a very poor customer service. we booked a private shuttle to the airport through this hostel. we found out at the very moment that we were not picked up at the hostel, but a few blocks away. which caused us to spend the night alone across the street. also the shuttle came 30min late, which is very bad service if you have to catch a flight. everything was very poorly communicated and not solved.
Lits qui grincent, toilettes parfois cassés ou sans papier, personnel agréable quand ils le veulent et pas de présentation de l’hostel à l’arrivée, dortoirs très exigus et prix démesuré par rapport à la qualité. Le prix que j’ai payé au moment du Check in n’était même pas celui affiché sur la plate-forme, première fois que cela m’arrive après 1 mois et demi au Guatemala.
Screeching beds, toilets sometimes broken or without paper, nice staff when they want it and no presentation of the hostel on arrival, very small dorms and price disproportionate to quality.The price I paid at the time of check in was not even the one displayed on the platform, first time this happened to me after 1 and a half months in Guatemala.
Eles me cobraram um valor maior do que o valor que constava no app. Tentei conversar na recepção e inventaram várias desculpas por terem me cobrado um valor indevido.

- Las duchas un poco incómodas para ducharse y los baños tenían el papel higiénico atrás y no en la parte de al Lado que es más práctico para sacar, acá tenías que dar vuelta, lo encontré un poco incómodo.

- Loud and hard to find, just a door where you ring a bell. The door bell is loud and rings day and night. Since staff does not alwats get to the door right away it might ring multiple times. There is no other way to enter, so everyone is ringing the bell. Beds in the capsules squeak every time you move, combined with loud bell it will wake you up multiple times during the night. I would not stay here if you want a good night sleep.

Not very welcoming, staff was some of them nice, some not so nice. The beds were okay but squeaky, no place to hang towels etc., the breakfast was simple but okay. Would not go again, can’t recommend it overall.
+ Me gustó mucho la ubicación y el concepto diferente de estancia, además el hecho de que ofrecieran Tour al Volcán de fuego por un buen precio y otros servicios de transporte. También nos agradó mucho que nos resguardarán las maletas la noche que tomamos el tour al volcán sin costo extra.
+ En general el personal es muy amable y el hostel estaba súper limpio. Adicionalmente poder dormir dentro de las cápsulas te permite vivir una experiencia diferente
