Socialtel Granada

I showed up to a room with no working AC no bathroom. I asked to pay the difference to upgrade and they just charged me for another room so I paid for two. Bed might of had bed bugs.

**WARNING: Do NOT stay at SocialTel Granada. This place is a nightmare.** We checked into SocialTel Granada around 9:30 PM, and by midnight, we were horrified to find bed bugs in our room. We immediately reported the issue, and they offered to move us to another room. That room also had bed bugs. At this point, we were left in an absolute panic. As two young women traveling alone, we found ourselves stranded at 1 AM with no place to go. What made this situation even worse was Booking.com. They were utterly useless, claiming they couldn’t help us until they “investigated further.” That’s right—they left us hanging in a disgusting, unsafe environment with zero support. When the hostel confirmed the bed bugs Booking.com STILL did nothing. Despite the clear issue, we were charged for the entire two-night stay, without a refund. This is beyond unacceptable. We are out hundreds of dollars for a stay that was not only disgusting but also unsafe. SocialTel Granada and Booking.com are both completely irresponsible in how they handle these issues. If you value your health, safety, and sanity, **DO NOT** book with either of them. There are far better places to stay in Granada that won’t leave you in a potentially dangerous situation with zero accountability. I will not use Booking.com again, and I will make it my mission to deter others from using this platform or staying at any SocialTel location. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Bed bugs, zero customer service, and total disregard for guest safety—you deserve better.
