- Værelset bestod af en kæmpe seng (med plads til 5-6 personer) der var 2 spisestuestole (træ) og et mega lille bord. Men så kunne vi heller ikke derud, og udsigten fra balkonen ned over et beskidt/defekt bliktag. Der var ikke elevator, og poolen var på 4 etage.
- L’hôtel aurait vraiment besoin d’un sérieux rafraîchissement. À notre arrivée, une odeur de renfermé et les draps présentaient des taches jaunes. Compte tenu du prix, nous n’étions pas trop regardants et n’avons rien signalé. En début de soirée, nous avons malheureusement vu des cafards dans la salle de bain. Lorsque nous l’avons signalé, le personnel n’a pas semblé étonné. À ce moment-là, nous avons décidé de quitter l’établissement. Nous avons demandé un remboursement total. Le manager n’a remboursé que 3 nuits sur les 4 réservées, ce que nous avons trouvé regrettable au vu de la situation. Le seul point positif de notre séjour reste le réceptionniste, qui s’est montré très serviable et sympathique.

- The room with no window is literally like a cell prison. Smelly damblp and moldy. They changed me to another room with a window but the room had the same moldy, smelly damp. The AC was very old and weak so I was roasted in the room. Ah btw, the internet doesn't work and I tried to hotspot myself from a cell-phone toy laptop but because of the hotel location the signal was bad. Horrible value for money

- The internet service was a very bad & the wifi connection was just as bad. Staff knew very well of the situation & their option was to either upgrade your room to a balcony room which however gave better internet connection. Also the rooms where both riddled with bed bugs & they where everywhere. Staff where informed & they were also well aware again of this issue. Staff are very rude & I would not recommend this place for anyone . Dirty hotel & rude staff. 0/10 points

- Die Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel ist sehr dreckig- schimmelig-und muffig Wir wechselten das Zimmer aber überall ist das gleiche Problem.. Die Bettwäsche usw stinkt und ist nicht sauber !! Wir haben gesehen wie die Putzfrau den Boden usw in einem Bad mit dem Handtuch von den Gästen !! abgewischt- geputzt hat..unglaublich !!

- Es war die dreckigste Unterkunft der gesamten Reise! Erstes Zimmer: Haare auf dem Boden, Ablagefläche klebrig und dreckig, fleckige Bettwäsche, Schimmelgestank, abgerissener Klodeckel. Auf Beschwerde zweites Zimmer, etwas weniger Schimmelgeruch, Restzustand eigentlich identisch, Klodeckel diesmal nicht abgerissen, dafür beim ersten Händewaschen Teile des Wasserhahns in der Hand! Erneutes Putzen des Zimmers auf Nachdruck. Manager war anwesend, hat sich aber nicht blicken lassen. Blick in die Frühstückstküche: Eiern lagern auf dem Klo….

- The room is moldy, and the bed, bathroom and floor werent clean. The AC didnt really work, even though i turned it to 20 degrees. The linens and towels werent dried properly so it felt unhygienic.

Ideal location, central, or quiet with a caring and available staff.
+ The hotel is in such a handy location. It’s tucked away from the main area, but in easy walking distance of everything. It’s only a 10minute walk to the river. Really nice street with spas & grocery shops at hand. It’s only 10mins by grab to the beach, or a nice 20min bike ride through the rice fields. The staff were very friendly & always ready to help. The rooftop pool was very welcome, as the weather was incredibly hot. Great value for money & a nice place to stay.
- No lift & we were on the top floor, but the staff kindly helped us with our cases. Not a lot of space to put anything. We put our suitcases outside on the balcony! Breakfast was very basic (although really good homemade bread!). We bought some things of our own & were able to eat it at the hotel. The bed was quite hard, but not as bad as our first hotel. There was quite a lot of dust in the headboard. The bathroom was very dark. All of these things are small, nothing was an issue to be honest; just things we noticed.

+ Das Personal war super zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Bei Ankunft haben sie uns Tipps gegeben, wo es gutes und einheimisches Essen gibt, welcher Schneider billig und gut ist uvm. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Lage ist super zentral.
- Frühstück war gut, hatten nur wenig Auswahl.

+ Fantastisch hotel met personeel dat je overal bij wou helpen. Vooral de receptionist was een toffe kerel!
- Pannenkoeken bij het ontbijt mochten iets langer in de pan voordat ze werden uitgedeelt. Waren nog niet helemaal gaar in het midden
+ Khách sạn gần phố cổ nên đi lại tiện. Nệm của giường khá êm.
- Mình chọn phòng 2 giường ko cửa sổ, có kèm ăn sáng. Phòng không có cửa sổ nên khá bí, mỗi lần mở cửa đi vào là có mùi ẩm thấp. Các đồ nội thất đều đã cũ kĩ, ọp ẹp. Nhà vệ sinh và tắm ở mức chấp nhận được, có chia ngăn nên cũng đỡ ẩm ướt. Mình có đặt kèm đồ ăn sáng nhưng đồ ăn rất hạn chế, kiểu có ăn cho qua bữa ấy, thật sự rất khó nuốt. Nhân viên có giới thiệu về dịch vụ taxi của khách sạn nếu muốn đi ra Đà Nẵng, giá 300k, mình nhìn sang dịch vụ chở khách-taxi ở ngay nhà đối diện giá 250k. Ko biết nên nói gì về điều này. 🥴 Nước ở trong tủ lạnh thì đông đá, ko biết đã để đó từ bao giờ 🥱 Mình có thuê xe máy qua nhân viên ở quầy lễ tân, được đem cho quả xe máy và 2 chiếc mũ bảo hiểm ko thể tã hơn, xe đi cảm giác như các bộ phận của xe có thể rụng ra bất cứ khi nào. Thật sự rất thất vọng. Nhìn chung ấn tượng ko tốt chút nào và mình sẽ ko bao giờ quay lại đây hoặc gợi ý cho ai ở đây hết. Mình ko có chụp nhiều ảnh về phòng ốc vì quá ngán ngẩm, nhìn qua thì có vẻ ok, nhưng bạn phải ở trong 1 cái phòng ko có cửa sổ bạn mới có thể cảm nhận được cái mùi của nó sẽ ntn…

+ De locatie van het hotel is erg goed, op 5 minuten loopafstand van het centrum. De kamers zijn groot en het personeel is behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is oké, niets bijzonders.

+ The reception staff did a lot to ensure we made the most of our stay in Hoi An. They were very good at explaining our options to travel onto Hue. They booked a car for us at a very reasonable rate despite the current petrol crisis. Thank you Them and Tham. Our room was great value. Had a balcony, enormous bed, hot shower, fridge and plenty of space. Everything we needed.
