    The hotel is in a great location, close to Kraków Główny and the city centre, making it an easy base for sightseeing. However, our request for an earlier check-in was denied. The room itself was very small, and only two packets of shower gel were provided for a 3-day, 2-night stay. The wardrobe couldn’t even close once hangers were positioned properly due to the limited space. It was also quite noisy at times, with housekeeping cleaning and people talking in the corridors. We paid £100 for 2 nights, which felt expensive given the size of the room and limited amenities. ⭐ Location: 5/5 — excellent, close to Główny and the centre. ⭐ Cleanliness/Facilities: 3/5 — room was very small, only 2 shower gel packets, wardrobe unusable. ⭐ Service: 3/5 — early check-in request denied. ⭐ Value for Money: 2–3/5 — £100 for 2 nights feels steep for what you got. 👉 Overall: 3/5 stars — great location, but limited comfort and value.

    中央駅からすぐそばでとても便利です。チェックアウトの際にマグネットを頂きました。とても嬉しかった。

    初めてのクラクフで鉄道を使う予定だったので駅から近いこちらを選びました。駅に隣接するショッピングモールを通って迷わずに到着でしました。予約後の施設からのメッセージにクラクフの到着時間を書いたおかげか、チェックイン開始よりも少し早めに着きましたが、入れてもらえて助かりました。部屋の広さは問題ないですが、防音は弱く、廊下や隣室の声が結構しますが、夜は静かで寝るには問題なかったですがはこれは隣室のゲスト次第かも。トータルでは駅や旧市街へのアクセスの良さのメリットが大きく良かったです
