It is a standard hotel. Staff members are extremely helpful and professional. The location is about a 20 minute walk from the metro. The front door is not locked, and there is no additional locks on the room doors. The room had air conditioner with hot water in the shower and a TV with russian movies. The beds were pretty firm. I didnt get a chance to try the breakfast but it was provided.
