Unfortunately, this hostel is the worst we have stayed in South America over the last four months. We booked a private room through the HostelWorld app but when we arrived there was no room available for us. We arrived late so didn’t have a chance to source different accom. Stayed in a 6-bed dorm which was absolutely rancid. The dorm smelled like urine, the beds were awful, no aircon (even though it was advertised), extremely dirty, toilet didn’t flush properly. Would not recommend!
Lady who looks after the hostel is lovely. Location is great. Our main issue was the dampness of our room. It made our clothes smell and wet which was pretty gross. That needs to be sorted out.
Wouldn’t recommend - the owner lady is super rude, the kitchen and bathroom are mouldy and the kitchen is useless (no bowls, 1 chopping board, 1 knife). The owner even warned us about going the wrong way because of how sketchy the location is due to drugs.
We booked a private room, just to find what we thought was rat sh*t on the night desk and spider web underneath the night desk. We were explained the small brown pieces were not rat sh*t, but only eggs, which does not necessarily help their case. There was no understanding for the lack of cleanliness in the room
A fine place to stay for a night or two while visiting waterfalls. Private room was comfortable and aircon was great. Staff spoke little English (and we unfortunately speak very little Spanish)so communication was hard. They tried to over charge us and we had all our food stolen from the fridge which soured the experience for us.
Very basic kitchen facilities and not having the toilet bin emptied every day were detractions. Owners were lovely, which mostly made up for it.
Property was perfect for just a place to stay to visit the falls. Not very social and quite small, the rooms were very basic but great for price.
Très bien situé ! Niveau rapport qualité c’est top ! Par contre j’ai pas compris, il fallait faire sois même son lit ! Manque des ustensiles de cuisines et rafraîchir la salle de bain des dortoirs car un peu vétuste Le petit couple qui tiens l’auberge est très sympas !
Very well located ! level quality ratio cest top ! on the other hand iai not understood, you had to make be even his bed ! lack of kitchen utensils and refresh the bathroom of the dorms because a little vétuste The little couple who hold the hostel is very nice !

Une auberge vraiment chaleureuse et agréable La propriétaire est très gentille et l’auberge est située à proximité de toutes les commodités. L’endroit est très calme et familiale (à éviter si vous cherchez une ambiance festive)

El lugar es fantástico, cómodo, cerca de la terminal de buses y en una zona muy tranquila. La dueña (Sara) es la mejor anfitriona que puedes tener y te hace sentir como en casa. Lo único yo reservé una habitación compartida y al llegar no existían ese tipo de habitaciones y tuve que alojarme en una habitación individual con el sobrecoste que eso comporta (aunque creo que la señora me rebajó un poco el precio finalmente). Aún así vi que ya no las ofrecen, así que no debería pasarle ...
The place is fantastic, comfortable, close to the bus terminal and in a very quiet area. the owner (Sara) is the best hostess you can have and makes you feel at home. the only thing i booked a shared room and when i arrived there were no such rooms and i had to stay in a single room with the extra cost that that entails (although i think the señora did lower the price for me a little bit eventually). still i saw that they no longer offer them, so i shouldn't pass them on to anyone else.
excelente estadía! muy buena onda. súper serviciales todos. La somos muy bien. el lugar es cerca del centro y muy seguro y tranquilo. Un buen ambiente en general y las camas cómodas.
Excellent stay! very good wave. super helpful everyone. la we are very good. the place is close to the center and very safe and quiet. a good atmosphere in general and the beds are comfortable.
Staff were very lovely and brilliant value for the rooms which were clean and comfortable. Would stay again!!

EL hostel Noelia es todo lo que esta bien de un hospedaje placentero. Siempre limpio, ambiente tranquilo, las personas amables y atentos, la ubicacion excelente. El precio es inmejorable tiene todo para pasar bien como huesped. Siempre volvere aquí.

Good location, lovely couple who work there. Really nice pool area. Not particularly social and outside kitchen didn’t have that many utensils. Really good value for private room and free towel much appreciated
10 minutes walking distance from the bus station, had a 6 bed dorm for myself, good for one night
Los dueños son muy amables! Residencia muy cómoda para pasar algunos días. Algo que podría ser mejorado, sería de proponer un poco más de material en la cocinas, sino todo perfecto!!!
The owners are very friendly! very comfortable residence to spend a few days. something that could be improved, would be to propose a little more material in the kitchens, if not everything perfect!!!
Excelente lugar , tranquilo, familiar, a pasos de la terminal de omnibus, el precio insuperable, nos sentimos como en casa, pasamos unos hermosos días con mi novia, seguro volveremos.
