Avoid staying here if you can! When we arrived, the Hostel said we had no booking, and when they looked at our booking confirmation they said the price was not correct, and we needed to pay more than double. They said we had no choice, or we could not stay there. As it was the same day, there were no other accommodation options available in the area. The staff would not listen, and simply said we needed to pay extra. I would not recommend!!
I had a nice stay in this hostel. The owner Raul ist very nice and taught me about the animals and plants in the jungle, took me by motorcycle too the city center and showed me around and showed me local foods and juices. The location is relative far from the center but there are motortaxis etc everywhere and cheap.

Raul was very friendly, eager to offer any help, whether it was disembarking the taxi, or acting as a translator at the travel agency, each time we went out he helped us call the mini-donkey carriage.
Nice and calm hostel. Super friendly and helpful owner, who even made us a breakfast when we were leaving early morning. A bit far from the center (but you can easily get there with a tuktuk for 10 soles) - close to the airport.
Great hostel! Raul was very kind and hospitable, ensuring we had everything we need, and was even as kind to get us breakfast before our early morning check out to the airport. Great guy, great hostel!
Muchas gracias Raúl. Thankyou to Raul, for showing me around the city on my first day, helping me buy a poncho and headlight and driving me from place to place discussing the local fruit, animals and sights. He went above and beyond as a hostel host.
Das Zimmer ist super und der Preis ist unschlagbar. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich nett und man kann sogar günstig waschen Vorort. Die Küche und der Supermarkt sind auch super. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.
The room is great and the price is unbeatable. the renters are incredibly neat and you can even get cheap laundry in Suburb. the kitchen and the supermarket are also great. i can only recommend it.
Hôte super chaleureux, qui partage son savoir avec beaucoup d’enthousiasme. Très serviable, il nous a fait découvrir les plantes de son jardin, les animaux de la jungle… Les chambres sont très propres, avec une clime et une télévision !!! C’était un super séjour, un grand merci ✨

Eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Familie. Sehr schöner Pool und ruhig gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr sicher und sehr wohl gefühlt.
A very nice and helpful family, very nice pool and quiet location, we felt very safe and very comfortable.
