- Smutsigt, mörkt, gammalt och kallt. Behövde ringa och klaga flera gånger på grund av kylan, trots det så kom det inte någon för att fixa det. Det ramlade smuts från ventilationen på en av sängarna. När vi kom in i rummet första gången så fick vi en chock av den vidrigaste lukten av rummet, luktade som fotsvett. Lakanen var helt smutsiga och ett riktigt täcke fick man inte ens, bara en filt. Alla i rummet vaknade flera gånger av att det var helt och hållet iskallt. Kände mig frusen på morgonen. Inte värt för priset!

- First of all location was not safe for a solo traveler, it did not feel safe leaving the hotel after the sunset. I only stayed ONE night because when I woke up there was stuff that they claimed was something from the vent (which is still disgusting) but it did not look or smell like some dust from a vent. I have not received a refund which was promised by the person in the front desk. Super disappointing experience and I just would not recommend coming here at all. Pretty run down building as well.

+ Noting every picture you see in Booking.com is not the same in the hotel. It’s not a good hotel. Please don’t book it said parking is included but not parking is included. It’s a big line.

So I booked a hostel in Santa Monica my first night that had a high rating and it did not disappoint. I heard a lot of bad things before coming here but I had already payed and it was non refundable. The hostel itself is okay but the area is bad, just be really careful. There is really no need to stay in downtown LA. Hostel très bien situé à côté du métro. Les chambres sont biens mais malheureusement il n’y a pas de rideaux autour des lits. La piscine n’est disponible que l’après-midi malheureusement. Il y a toujours la queue à la réception il faudrait augmenter le personnel.
Hostel very well located next to the metro. the rooms are good but unfortunately there are no curtains around the beds. the pool is only available in the afternoon unfortunately. there is always a line at the reception there should be more staff.
This was honestly the best hostel I've ever stayed in. The location is very good and I felt very safe at night. The rooms are also really cool. They have chairs in the rooms to sit and the beds are very comfterable. They even have a gym and rooftop bar. I honestly don't think you can get anything better for this especially for the price. I would 100% reccomend staying here, and I would stay here again.

Great stay! Convenient location and clean rooms. Only request is that they add curtains for the bunk - that enclose the entire bed.

Stayed here twice. Would do it again! Great spot, the roof bar is awesome. Only downside is it closes a bit early (10pm). The lounge area is very nice and staff was super helpful when I showed up without a credit card having lost my wallet the day before. I was still able to complete the reservation :) The area (downtown LA) is not super great to walk around at night, but it's a good central location which I appreciate.
Ich fand das Hostel echt gut es gab nur einen Punkt was ich echt schade finde. Das man sich kein Essen machen konnte oder so, sondern nur kaufen konnte.
I think the Hostel was really good and there was only one point that I really felt bad about, that you couldn't make yourself any food or anything, you could just buy it.

I would give it a 10 because the security is pretty good, you can't even get in an elevator without key card

The reception is also open 24 hours, so nice and friendly! i don't know, i've never been out at night, but i didn't feel so safe or bad!

Great location to Crypto Arena, Grand Central Market, and the Metro. Dorm style rooms were very clean.
