Terrible apartments, bedbugs on the mattresses, they come up with stupid excuses to avoid returning a full bond. If you want your entire body covered in bites and marks, then move in there.

it’s what u paid for and that’s trash sketchy elevator and smelly hallways bed bugs in the beds which all our friends got bitten unexpected 100 deposit at the door without any notice on any booking site or anything

Great area nice and central I think this place had a case of bed bugs me and my girlfriend woke up absolutely covered in itchy bites , poorly cleaned facilities and no couch

I woke up with bites all over my back after the first night. I didn't sleep in the bed the second night because I found bed bugs. What a disaster as the last night of my vacation. Also, no parking anywhere around the location available despite what ther signs say.

I hate here I stayed for 3month I was bitten by a lot of bed bugs on my whole body then I asked them plz do something. But they ignored me .

Please, if you can find something else (although it might be more expensive), do it! Don' go to Empire! It is owned by a Korean family that only cares about money. I stayed there for a couple of months. It is filthy (bed bugs, stains on the carpet and matress, things are broken (it takes forever before they got fixed), expensive WIFI (and it doesn't even work properly) and the rules are ridiculous (you can get fined for almost everything). The guys at the reception desk are okay. If you are kind to them, they are kind to you (but probably due to many complaints they can't handle the workload). What is positive? The students and location, but there are many other accommodations that have that as well.
