Auf den Bildern sah es viel größer aus, und ich schreibe jetzt die Bewertung nach 3 Tagen weil uns Bettwanzen aufgefallen sind! Dabei habe ich so gut es geht alles geprüft

Avoid this hostel, unless you want to be infested with BEDBUGS. The kitchen was smelling of puke. Dorm rooms are small and dingy. Mixed dorms have weird/old people staying in them. But the bedbugs are the worst nightmares. Honest opinion: Add a few extra bucks and stay at a much better hostel. There are many good ones nearby.

During my highly anticipated trip to Granada, I was bitten by bed bugs or FLEAS, ruining my experience. Despite requesting a refund during an early checkout, the staff's response was unhelpful. The accommodation's attempts to address the issue were inadequate and even worsened the situation. 1. They took photos of both arms and said they would get a professional opinion - but there was no contact for two days. 2. They offered meal options - who would want to eat at a place with hygiene issues? I just got water. 3. They offered to do laundry - (((worse))) someone else's socks came out with mine... It seems they washed them together with other laundry. This experience has left me with physical pain, emotional scars, and soured memories of Granada.

Cuando fuimos a dormir, la habitación tenía un montón chinches. Llamamos al gerente y nos dijo que nos devolvería el dinero pero no nos ayudó a buscar alternativa, básicamente no hizo nada y el trato no fue muy amable.. Tuvimos que irnos a las 2 de la mañana a otro sitio. El resto no estaba muy limpio, cocina y baño.

I’ve had bad experience at this hostel bcuz of Bedbugs, Room no 1 Bed no 5

the hostel had bed bugs and the owner refused to refund a night where me and mu family had been bitten while asleep as well as booking did nothing and i wont use booking again

The amenities list was long but useless. They didn’t have free towels. Bathroom door had broken lock. Found a big bed bug. The kitchen and coffee arrangements was awful. The AC turned off at midnight and spent half night sweating.

Ich habe das Hostel nicht als besonders sauber wahrgenommen. Das Bad war sehr dreckig (Haare, dreckige Toilette). Außerdem fehlte ständig Toiletten Papier. Hinzukommt das es in meinem Bett definitiv Bettwanzen gab, da ich komplett zerstochen war und ich mir sicher bin dass es keine Mückenstiche sind.

Ich gebe als eine eidesstaatliche Erklärung ab: Opfer von Bettwanzen/bedbugs Unzählige Bisse am ganzen Körper ,so das ich innerhalb 2 Wochen 3 mal ins Krankenhaus zur Behandlung musste. Inventar der Küche ist ungenügend Eine Rezeption gibt es nicht,Kunden werden in der Küche abgefertigt ohne Privatspähre. Finger weg. .
