Do not stay here. Our room was dirty, smelly, and had no door separating our beds with the bathroom area so we heard everything. But worse than that was that the bed was infested with bed bugs. After a couple nights we noticed itchy bites on us and checked our beds thoroughly. We found bed bugs and immediately told reception, showing video and photo evidence. They gave us a new room but via email are refusing to compensate us and are denying that there were any bed bugs. Horribly unethical.

Die Lage im Madrider Ausgehviertel. In Zimmer 201 hatten sich Bettwanzen breitgemacht über ein Dutzend mal in unbedeckte Hautpartien zugebissen. Dies.ist dokumentiert. Vor der Rückreise nach Deutschland am Montag den 20.10. bereits Apotheke im Viertel aufgesucht. Im Moment wird die Infektion ärztlich behandelt.
