The owner is great, he was a charming and helpful man who washed my clothes for me. He has two nice and great dogs. It is located in a nice and quiet and safe neighbourhood. The air conditioning in the room needs an update and needs some new mattresses, but for the money it could accommodate a family of 5 for about 10 dollars a night with cable TV and balcony. Incredible value for money, but I don’t know how long you could stay, since it seemed he needs help to clean the place. Thanks.
