One of the other guests had bed bugs in her room

At around 5:30 in the morning I woke up because I felt something crawling on my arm. I looked and found a half squished bed bug on me and blood (mine) on the sheets. We packed up all our things and went down to the main area to wait for daylight so we could leave. There was no one at the front desk, the breakfast staff didn't know when someone would be in, and when we tried to reach out via booking we received no response. We have already spent almost 3 times what we spent on our stay to disinfect our items to try to make sure they didn't come home with us. Absolutely not worth the headache and anxiety this has caused.

2nd night I saw bedbugs crawling on my sheets + found a staff member quite unpleasant. Since I didn’t know where to sleep @ 12:30am (I tried different beds in the dorm) , I knocked on a door by the reception where I heard music playing, yet the guy who answered was so pissed that I had apparently woken him up + said he isn’t here to ‘serve’ me if he isn’t working. Honestly think this interaction was worse than finding the bedbugs. Next day manager was much more sympathetic and refunded me too:)

Bathroom had mold in it. Other guests had to move their rooms because of bedbugs. Kind of a downer to hear about that.
