Nomad Hotel Lazimpat

- I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Nomad for three days, and I must say it was the worst hotel stay I have ever encountered. From the moment I stepped foot into the room, it became clear that hygiene was not a priority for this establishment. The first issue I noticed was the room's cleanliness, or rather, the lack thereof. The room was in a deplorable state, with dust-clad surfaces and stained bedding. The stench emanating from the room was overwhelming and nauseating. It was evident that the room had not been properly cleaned or aired out for quite some time. The housekeeping staff did not demonstrate any basic knowledge of proper cleaning procedures. They seemed careless and indifferent to their responsibilities. Even after requesting for cleanup, the result was half-hearted at best. The surfaces were still filthy and the bathroom was grimy, making it a breeding ground for germs. Even they left cleaning equipment in the room, I had to call them to pick it up from the room. The customer service was equally unsatisfactory. The staff at the front desk seemed indifferent to guest concerns, displaying a lack of empathy and courtesy. When I attempted to voice my dissatisfaction with the room conditions, my complaints were dismissed with a disinterested attitude and no efforts were made to resolve the issues. Considering the exorbitant price I paid for our stay, I expected a level of cleanliness and comfort that was sorely lacking at Nomad. I strongly advise anyone seeking quality accommodations to steer clear of this establishment. In summary, I cannot stress enough how much I would discourage anyone from staying at Nomad. The unhygienic and foul-smelling room, the incompetence of housekeeping staff, and the apathetic customer service combine to create an utterly repugnant experience. Save yourself the disappointment and seek better accommodations elsewhere. I stayed in their so-called best suit room.

+ コメント通り食事がとても美味しいです。併設されたイタリアンレストランも２回夕食で利用しました。スタッフは五つ星ホテル級のエレガントで親切丁寧な対応です。私はeSIMのトラブルで手助けして頂きました。ツアー参加でゆっくり朝食取れない時も素早く対応して下さいました。

- 大通りから入って直ぐに認識出来る看板などがあるとタクシーの運転手さんもわかりやすいです。

+ タメル地区から少し離れているので、夜は静かに休めます。タメル地区は徒歩圏内なので、観光にも便利です。建物はきれいで掃除も行き届いており、快適に過ごせます。朝食は美味しいです。朝食が時間的に食べられないときは、美味しいサンドイッチと飲み物（朝食ボックス）を用意して頂けました。シャワーのお湯はすぐ出ますし、十分な温度で、排水も良好です。トイレもきれいです。wifiも十分な速度で、調べ物の他、動画などを鑑賞することもストレスなく行えます。またカトマンズに行くことがあれば、ぜひ利用したいです。あと、たまたまなのかわかりませんが、日本人のスタッフがいて、日本語で要望を伝えることができて、大変ありがたかったです。

- あまり思いつきませんが、到着した日に空港でピックアップを依頼していましたが、迎えを見つけられず、うまく利用できませんでした。（結局タクシーを利用した。でもその方が安価でした。）冷蔵庫があれば、言うことなし、かな。あと、夜もにぎやかなところに宿泊したい、という方にはタメル地区に近い宿泊をおすすめします。送迎については、フロントに依頼するのと、inDriveとかのタクシーアプリを利用するのでは、７倍くらい値段が違いました（まあ、確実性やクルマの快適性には値段なりの差があります）。

+ Modern design with very friendly & helpful staffs, daily cleaning and simple breakfast available. There is a common area at the rooftop where you can practice morning yoga.

+ Location is great, it’s central but very calm. The team are very helpful and really trying their best. There also is a rather nice Italian restaurant in the hotel. Water is provided daily and breakfasts are good for the regional standards. It’s a good value for money.

- The property could be cleaner, specifically bathrooms. There is also is a problem with pest control and cockroaches in the building.

- 욕실문쪽에 물이 잘고여 문지방을 나중에 교체가 필요하지 않을까 싶습니다. 그 외에는 모든 점들이 다 만족스럽습미다
