+ My uncle and mother arrived the next day after I had already checked out, and the hotel provided them breakfast in their room upon request

- I had a very disappointing experience at this property. The location is misleading—it's not in Thamel as suggested, but rather next to an area where trash is dumped. The surroundings felt neglected and unclean. The room itself was in poor condition: unclean, with dingy walls, bedsheets that were torn and had holes, and a lingering unpleasant odor in the corridors. The reception area was dusty and clearly not maintained. Breakfast was barely anything—just a minimal offering that couldn’t even be considered a proper meal. This place might be tolerable for trekkers who need a place to crash for one night before heading out, but it's absolutely unsuitable for anyone staying longer or expecting basic standards of cleanliness and professionalism. What disturbed me most, however, was the owner's behavior. During my stay, he made me feel uncomfortable with unnecessary and overly familiar comments like “let’s have tea,” which were unwelcome and inappropriate. After I checked out, I reached out to request an invoice—which had not been provided at checkout—and his response was shocking. Although he sent the invoice but, he first replied, " So strange, I was just thinking about you and you messaged.” This was not only unprofessional but also made me feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. It's unacceptable for any guest to experience such behavior. Hospitality should be based on respect and boundaries. I strongly advise other travelers—especially solo travelers or women—to avoid this property.

- The shower's head was broken and rusty. Had to use a bucket for the shower. There wasn't enough toilet paper. They are totally different looking rooms on photos. I think they gave me worse room because they knew I was Nepalese.Looking at great reviews from foreigners shows me that they give better service to them, although I paid the same amount that a foreigner would pay.

+ Location is perfect. Close to stores and many great restaurants. Hotel provides transport to major tourist attractions, which is took to the UNESCO sites. A good breakfast is provided. A big thank you to Mr.Raj and staff for their energy and dedication.

+ Das Personal war außergewöhnlich nett und hat uns bei allen Fragen unterstützt (Flughafen An- und Abholservice und gute Geldautomaten finden). Außerdem war es trotz zentraler Lage recht ruhig und wir konnten super schlafen.

+ 매번 트레킹 올때마다 묵는 곳입니다. 이번에는 새벽에 도착에 아침 일찍 떠나느라 오래 묵지는 못했지만 역시나 최고의 숙소입니다. 이 정도 가성비에 시설, 위치, 친절한 곳이 있나 모르겠네요. 나중에 트렁크 찾을 때 Ejaj 매니저가 많은 도움을 주고 택시도 잡아줬어요. 아주 만족합니다.

- 없어요. 아, 하루이틀 전에 예약하려면 방이 없어요. 빨리 예약해야 합니다.

+ Sehr nettes Personal und zuvorkommender Hotel-Manager. Alle unsere Unternehmungen wie Flüge nach Lukla, Transport nach Chitwan (inkl. Hotel+Safari Buchung) wurden vom Hotel zu guten Kursen organisiert. Aufbewahrung von Gepäck ist problemlos möglich, das Frühstück ist gut und sogar Folie, um unsere Rücksäcke vor dem Flug zu schützen, wurde bereitgestellt. Gerne wieder! Das Hotel können wir wärmstens empfehlen.
