Dubrovnik inside the walls B&B

+ Location is okay. But not good for oldies. The many flights and steps are tiring that was why we asked for ground floor. Their ground floor is after going up many fligjts and steps.

- Communication, transparency, and the picture of the property are misrepresented. Don't trust the picture.

- Fotos diferentes da realidade. Quarto apertado, sem armários. Banheiro parece que estava em reforma. Muito desconfortável!

- Ao chegar na acomodação não era o que tinha nas fotos . Achei muito ruim . Não fiquei hospedado. Procurei ou lugar para ficar .

- El apartamento queda encima de una pub, por tanto, no puedes dormir con el ruido. De hecho, una noche estuvieron golpeando la puerta. El sofá-cama era lo más incómodo del mundo, ahí era imposible dormir. Había muchísima humedad en el apartamento. Dicho esto, si quieres descansar, mejor evitar este alojamiento.

- Room wasn't clean, the walls were very dirty, the curtains had stains all over them, the curtain pole was actually broken so kept falling down everytime you opened or closed the curtains also our Internet didn't work , we did raise all the points with the team but they weren't interested in helping at all, the room wasn't value for money even though the location was good

- Where do I start? The room looked nothing like the picture. We paid ~$300/night to stay in a room that was closer to a prison cell, then a hotel/apartment room. AC unit was broken and put together with duct tape. The shower head fell off. Wifi was spotty at best. Raised issue with the host and no response. The second room we booked for another ~$300/night, which was on top of us also didn't look like the picture. There was no shower curtain and when this issue was raise, nothing was done about it.

+ Not clean place ants everywhere

+ I was disappointed with my stay at this apartment. The room was significantly smaller than depicted in the photos and was not comfortable for two guests. The check-in process was poorly handled, as instructions were only texted on the day of arrival. Someone working for the landlords messaged me on WhatsApp requesting passport photos, which felt unprofessional. Any inquiries sent via the Booking.com app were ignored. The apartment prioritizes aesthetics over functionality. The dresser drawers were full of decorations and unusable for storage. The shower was cramped and comparable to an airport lavatory. Light control was an issue as well because thin curtains covered the front door, making it difficult to block out external light at night. If you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. Cleanliness was also a concern because there was some blood on the comforter. When we asked to cancel our reservation due to these issues, we were told we would only be refunded €60, even though that was only a quarter of what we paid. The only positive was that the air conditioner worked well. Overall, this unit is not practical, especially for extended stays. I would not book here again.

- Za te novce sam ocekivala malo vise krevet je s jedne strane bio puknut nije imao vidu u kapaonici puno gljivica..

+ The location was good, right in the old town, but not too noisy.

- The apartment was honestly such a disappointment, I don't understand the positive reviews here. First of all, there was black mold and it smelled bad too. I notified the check-in person because black mold can be dangerous but she said that there was nothing she could do. Furthermore, it was damp, there were no windows, curtains for the glass door couldn't close, there were holes in the wall, the filter wasn't cleaned in years (we decided to clean it ourselves in the hopes it would help), the airco was very loud, wifi was bad, towels were paperthin, etc. And they had us pay over €530 for 3 nights for this. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here.

+ L’emplacement est parfait au centre de vielle ville à proximité de tous

+ De locatie was schitterend. Pal in het oude centrum, dicht bij de in- en uitgang van Dubrovnik old town. Het was een groot en aangenaam bed.

- Het enige minpunt zou zijn dat het water in de douche niet goed wegliep. We moesten vaak de douche uitzetten tot het water weg was voordat we de douche opnieuw konden aanzetten.

+ Le/la propriétaire est extrêmement gentil, très bon échange avant l arrivée, nous arrivions très tôt sur Dubrovnik nous avions demandé à déposer nos sacs dans la matinée et celle-ci a tout fait pour que notre chambre soit prête ! L'emplacement est idéal ! L' appartement est spacieux, propre et dispose de tout les équipements nécessaires Literie très très propre Les photos sont réaliste Et la vue est magnifique !

- Le lit est très confortable néanmoins celui-ci s'incurve sur le milieu

- This is the second time I’ve stayed at this place on different apartment . The first time everything was perfect. But this time a lot of cold air was coming in from the bottom of the door. Even though there was air conditioning, the room still stayed cold until I covered the bottom of the door with some towels. Also, the internet did not work at all.

+ Très bien équipé, propreté irréprochable, literie confortable ; magnifique vue sur un bout de la vieille ville et sur la mer par dessus les toits ! La propriétaire est très réactive via WhatsApp pour toute aide ou question

+ Location was excellent,, very unique place to stay, right in the old town .

- Beware of all the steps, no good if you have a lot of luggage as no cars are allowed in the fort.

+ Central. Nice location and helpful staff

- Water pressure on the top floor was very low. But I guess it's old building and a challenge.
