+ heating is nice
- Homeless people come and sleep here. It's very dangerous from a safety perspective. It's very far from the city center, making walking impossible as you constantly have to climb hills. Bed linens need to be changed for stays of 4-5 days. There's a hairdryer, but it doesn't work.

- Os quartos não eram totalmente limpos e o pessoal de trabalho não era nada simpático, internet quase não funcionava, tanto que acabei ficando só uma noite.
+ O espaço é ótimo.
- Não pude hospedar, pois quando fui fazer o cheking, não autorizaram. Retaliação ao fato de ter falado a verdade sobre o espaço.

- Existe vários problemas relacionados ao hostel , no final de tudo acaba não saindo tão em conta assim , toalha vc paga , cadeado pra gaveta vc paga , chave você paga , café da manhã 7 euros , na mesma rua eh tomava café por 3,50, vc sai pra comer o que sobre não pode levar com vc pro quarto , e ainda è coagida pela recepção , para mulheres , não há onde secar o cabelo caso vc lave

- O quarto cheirava muito mal , mesmo com as janelas abertas . Havia um balde no meio do quarto devido a goteira . Mas o mais grave foi encontrar em mim uma carraça no dia seguinte de dormir nesse quarto .

- I dont usually write reviews but I had to for this one. Out of all the hostels I went to around Europe, this was ruined by the staff. They don't care about guest safety and kicks you out in the middle of the night. I understand that I'm not paying for another night but I was only waiting for the bus in their hostel. If you were hoping to safely stay in this hostel while waiting for your flight or bus, don't bother and go somewhere else because as soon as you arn't paying, you are for the gutters. If you get burgled or stabbed while waiting for your bus or transport they don't care. They'll send you out there no problem. So save yourself and go to a different hostel.
- I came her two years ago and liked my experience, so as a loyal customer I decided to come back again. However this year the experience was completely different. - First of all I booked for 4 nights and with free cancellation, but one month before my plans changed. I wrote a very polite mail asking if two of the four nights could be cancelled. They said the cancellation period had passed (even though i paid substantially more for the free cancellation option, but apperently their deadline is a lot earlier than in other hostals) and they wouldnt refund me. I didn't find this very kind, as 85 euros is a lot of money for two nights. - arriving at the hostel the staff at the reception wasn't very friendly. I had four bags and a water bottle, and the girl who showed me the room did not even offer to carry my water bottle for me.Again, just not kind. - the first day I arrived at 10.10 for the breakfast, thinking it was until 10.30 like most places. However it turned out to be until 10.00. One girl of the staff opened the box of mini croissants and let the two other girls of the staff grab one and when I asked if I also could have one she said ''NO, breakfast is over''. Again, incredibly unkind and rude. Especially given the fact I paid 7 euros a night for the breakfst and it's a very minimal breakfast to begin with. - the room I was in smelled like mold a lot and you had to open the windows to be comfortable. - the aircondition was leaking all night long, which made it hard to sleep. - When i finally left, I discovered three typical bedbugs bites on my elbow. This means I will have to freeze all my clothes and gave me an enourmous amount of stress and work. All in all, I ended up paying 43 euro's a night, so almost 200 euros for two nights for a very uncomfortable stay, had only once breakfast, very unfriendly staff and bedbug bites as a souvenir.
- We booked one night (28/4/2025) and arrived at 20:00 at the hotel. The reservation was confirmed and the payment done but the Hotel told us that they didn't receive the confirmation from Booking and that the Hotel was full. So they refused us and we had to find by ourselves another hotel but they have not reimbursed the amount paid, we are still struggling to get it back.
- I have experienced serious consumer rights violations during my accommodation booking. On the day of arrival, the hotel first raised the price temporarily, but I still completed the booking at the original price of 26 euros. However, upon arrival, I was told that "the hotel was fully booked," and the hotel owner shifted the blame to the Booking platform, claiming it was the platform's issue. What’s more infuriating is that when I requested a refund, the hotel only returned 4 euros and rudely drove me and several other guests out, completely failing to fulfill their booking obligations. This behavior of unauthorized price hikes, overbooking, and refusing to take responsibility not only violates business integrity but also涉嫌 (alleges) violations of consumer protection laws. Statement of Rights Protection I have retained evidence such as booking records and communication transcripts. I will formally file a complaint against the hotel’s violations with the Booking platform and simultaneously submit a written complaint to the Portuguese Consumer Council (DECO), demanding a full refund and accountability for the hotel’s actions. Such fraudulent practices of骗取 (deceiving) consumers through fake bookings must be curbed, and consumer rights must not be trampled upon. - Ignored my booking despite showing them confirmation and confirmation of payment. I understand the emergency because of blackout, but then at least refund the money.

+ Sehr schöner Garten, perfekt zum Frühstück. Das Hostel hat Charme und ist eine Reise wert. Meine erste Nacht im Mehrbettzimmer, aber, es war echt prima. Man hat seinen privaten Bereich, abschließbare Schublade unterm Bett und Steckdosen zum Laden der Mobilheräte. Sogar mein Fahrrad hatte eine extra Platz im Nebengang. Sehr zu empfehlen!

+ Es una lugar muy acogedor, personal muy agradable, está cerca de la linea verde del metro, lugares de comida y café cerca, se puede hacer todo caminando, el aeropuerto está a casi 15 a 20 min, si tomas un bolt te deja afuera. El lugar es lindo, amplio y limpio, me dejaron dejar mi maleta antes para recorrer, buen desayuno, además tiene un bar dentro y otro al lado del patio y puedes conocer gente nueva

+ O Hostel superou todas as minhas expectativas! Tudo muito limpo e organizado, o STAFF IMPECÁVEL! O lugar promove várias atividades e tem diversos espaços para aproveitar as instalações. Além de ter dois bares, dois jardins e oferecer um café da manhã completo por um preço super justo. Amei e com certeza voltarei.
