Bedbugs!!:( Not the kindest stuff…

We had bed bugs in our bed and got absolutely eaten alive!!!!!

I got bitten a few times by bedbugs on the shoulders and arm. I saw two of them and by the time the lady came to my room they were gone. They only get out in the dark. Anyway, I changed room and as you can imagine I didn’t sleep very well being afraid that there would be more and feeling itchy all over. I asked the lady to reimburse me the night for the inconvenience. She wouldn’t. She then said that there weren’t any bedbugs!! From the get go her attitude was one of superiority. She never apologized for the situation, she made me go down to the reception for getting the new key. A very bad experience especially since she won’t acknowledge what she knows is a fact!
