The hostel was uncommunicative when trying to reach out to them about changing my booking and were dismissive of the topic when I arrived. My room was dark, unkempt, and had mould. There were noises keeping me awake all night. Other shared facilities, such as a terrace, were messy and not fit for purpose.
Wifi was very slow and for the first day it did not work at all. The answer from both night receptionists was: "if you don't like it just go somewhere else." However the receptionist of the morning was really nice. Good position but not properly clean, and also with no keys for the lockers. Quite expensive too.
Absolutely hated it. Felt awful for booking it and having my friends stay here. I would never recommend this hostel. DO NOT STAY HERE. This hostel never answered my email about check in that I sent over one week in advance. When I booked it the reviews were around 9 stars and when we arrived the reviews had all been taking off except a few that left it at 5.4 stars and the website did not inform us of this. The other lady staying in our room experienced the exact same review change so I can conf...

The Venezuelan girl was not friendly, lacking in conditions and cleanliness.
El hostel esta ubicado cerca de los principales atractivos turísticos de la ciudad. El personal es muy atento y servicial. Las habitaciones son reducidas pero disponen de los servicios básicos de electricidad, baño privado, internet sin embargo, requieren mejorar su limpieza y mantenimiento (el mini split no funcionaba)
The hostel is located near the main tourist attractions of the city. the staff is very attentive and helpful. the rooms are small but have basic amenities of electricity, private bathroom, internet however, require improving their cleaning and maintenance (the mini split does not work)
Ich suchte eine günstige und kurzfristige Übernachtung - wenige Stunden Schlaf und eine Dusche waren mir wichtig. Leider war der Klogang nicht so prickelnd, da entweder kein Licht brannte oder nicht abzuschließen war. Zweite Variante bescherte mir Besuch, der die Tür dann nicht schloss. Beim duschen am nächsten morgen stand ein Mädel in der Dusche, als ich darunter stand. Wenn gemischt, sollte abgeschlossen werden können. Ich habe kein Problem damit, aber andere könnten sich daran stö...
