Hotel Ginevra

Everything was absolutely awful The hotel is dirty old and poorly maintained with staff who do not seem to care about their guests at all We stayed there for two nights and it was far from a pleasant experience The beds are infested with bed bugs after sleeping there we woke up covered in bites all over our bodies as you can see in the photos We reported it to a very rude and unprofessional gentleman at the reception who simply said what do you want me to do talk to the manager in the most disrespectful way possible It is unbelievable that someone like that is allowed to work in customer service The only decent person was the man working in the morning shift who seemed kind and helpful but the rest of the staff were useless rude and completely unprofessional This place should be shut down for proper disinfestation and maybe also to train the staff on how to treat guests with basic respect Strongly not recommended

Bed bugs, toilet was not flushing, we had to ask the staff at least 3 times to get something; 1 of the receptionists was very rude, he attacked my friend when she said about the bed bugs. It looked like there had been a gun fight in our room, the walls were full of holes, and the toilet mirror too.
