Good Vibes - Lagos Guest House

Estou toda inchada, perdi o meu evento pois fui picada por percevejos reclamei com o proprietário ele não deu menor importância, mandei vídeos fotos e até agora estou aqui esperando retorno que ele disse que eu fosse buscar meus direitos, fui cliente da booking até hoje e espero que vcs resolvam. Um lugar desse não se pode hospedar alguém, aparentemente é limpo, as cobertas cheira mal dormi c lençol que forra a cama, pq meu vôo chegou tarde. Um absurdo!!!!! De ser picada por percevejos com uma coberta imunda e pagar o preço de dormir no frio.

Nada, nos despertamos todas picadas por chinches de cama La limpieza un asco, le falta una limpieza profunda ya que nos picaron chinches de cama, por favor no vayan a este lugar, lo otro es que ponen que hay parking cerca de las instalaciones del lugar, pero no es así, hay pero están más alejados y son de pago

A localizacao é um ponto forte, e o hostel esta super bem localizado. Inclusive ja tinha avaliado o hostel no mesmo dia em que voltei de Lagos. Porem, no dia seguinte eu e o meu namorado amanhecemos cheios de picadas que a principio achamos ser de mosquitos, mas nao era. Ao notar que as erupcoes nao paravam de coçar, mais e mais, fomos a farmacia para comprar uma pomada e para nossa surpresa, fomos informados que aquelas picadas eram de percevejos!!! O que nos trouxe uma grande dor de cabeca. Ou seja, podemos concluir que o estabelecimento não tem compromisso com a higiene dos seus quartos.

BED BUGS + terrible management I got bugs my 1st night at Good Vibes. They made me stay a 2nd night and I got 50+ bites on body, face, eye... I couldn't open my eye for a day! Then, they switched me at City Center Lagos for 2 more nights. I had to pay for laundry and lost a day cleaning my things to get rid of the bugs. I got promissed a reimbursement, but I wanted to stay 2 more nights. Instead of keeping my 40 euro private room for 2 more nights, they transferred me into the 12 euro dorms!

bed bugs - photographic evidence has been given to host and booking.com but no refund from either even though booking.com validated. Added to this was gaslighting, lying, denial and zero costumer care by the host to support or compensate. Direct lying to my face saying the bed bug eggs, which I know how to recognise, was sand. Ignoring and denying photographic evidence of videos showing their bedding and room. I was told by staff that they had them recently so clearly they werent go rid of properly. Owner refusing to speak with me and refusing to compensate after an extremely stressful night of no sleep and extreme distress with having nowhere without bed begs to sleep. I had to cancel a day of work and wash all my clothes and have spent a whole day dealing with this but the owner is ignoring and refusing even to acknowledge and apologise. I had already slept in the bed for one night before finding them the second night. I have bites and itchy paranoia. Please do not stay here, not only bed bugs (which I probably wouldn’t have even left a review about because they happen) but the extremely unacceptable customer care of lying and denying any sort of refund is just unacceptable. Don’t put yourself through the stress. It also says soundproofing on booking.com but I could hear everything downstairs late at night.

The hotel was close to the beach and city center. Lots of places to eat that's near but at the same it was away from the noisy areas There were bed bugs in our room and because we only found out at night, there weren't any cleaners available.

We got bed bugs while there and im allergic so now i have severe bites all over me.

Beautiful large size room Amazing bathroom Impeccable cleaning Good size mattress and comfortable Good kitchen with new looking furniture Strategic and quite location between the town center and the way to walk to the coastline Heating was working properly bed bugs on the mattress Curtains too light made difficult to sleep. In the night also the light from the street came through.

Good location Air conditioning wasn’t working, and there were BED BUGS!
