Bed is clean and private, they have plastic covers on the matress to prevent bedbugs. It did not feel like a very social hostel, but that could just be me. Location is great and staff nice.

Nice overall but there were some things that gave it a lower score. Every morning the lady that works there comes in and turns the air con off (forgetting that it’s still hot, even hotter in the mornings than at night and we’re still in the room) so you wake up sweating. I found a bed bug in my bed on the last day! Met some nice people and it’s quiet though and great location.

So many bed bugs. (My fault) but I didn’t check until late at night after seeing other reviews. My bag had been sitting on the bed all day. The hostel is in a good location near walking street, but other than that I left late at night past when reception had left and ended up sleeping somewhere else. There are also no locks for the rooms and the entrance is quite close to the street.

arrived at hostel and was given a room of 8, immediately the smell of the dorm was horrendous , however I could have dealt with this . I went out to explore pai, when I arrived back to the hostel found out bed bugs were in all of our beds. left me trying to find a place to stay at 3 am, the lady who ran the hostel could not find anywhere for us. I ended up checking into a hotel (not ideal as a budget traveller )was then told I could not get a full refund and lost hostel world prepaid deposit

The staff were super helpful and polite, however there is no lock to the bedrooms and you are not given any key, we did also find bed bugs it is however in a super good location and is quiet if you’re looking for a break from partying it has a very chill vibe

The staff are really lovely and gave us great recommendations. Always happy to help and if not on site they come very quickly if needed. No key for the rooms which surprised us a little as anyone could walk in. Clean in general but we found bed bugs and the lady was really apologetic and refunded us straight away.

the backyard is so beautiful, a nice place to hangout. The hostel is not really social since there is so much space in the yard and not really a common area. One building is very clean and comfy the other one not. Definitely book the bigger rooms, if you go there. The owner is very nice and tries always to help you. Unfortunately the room we stayed in the first had bed bugs. The team immediately exchanged everything in the one room and washed our clothes. So bedbugs shouldn't be an issue now.

Was a very nice stay, very central in Pai and quietly. I was a bit worried about the reviews about bedbugs (june/juli)but there were none! Was very clean.

My favourite spot on my Thailand trip! Amelie is a living legend and will sort you out with whatever you need (and some things you didn't know you needed 😂). The hostel itself is clean (no bedbugs) and comfy and is in a great location 30 seconds from the walking street. It's also right across from a reggae bar that plays great live music every night. I recommend an evening sitting in the hostel bar where you can still hear the music, drink the cheaper beer and listen to Amelie's crazy stories!

Great Hostel to stay in. Ameli is a lovely host who helped with every question I had. she even taught me how to ride the scooter. would definently recomend staying here. And don't listen to the comment about bed bugs, they are not an issue here. All the bedframes, madresses and curtens are new and the hostel is clean.

I’ve been in Pai for 3 and a half weeks and stayed at 6 different hostels in Pai. This hostel feels like a hidden gem of Pai. Located a minute away from the main walking street and next to a groovy reggae bar, the location is excellent! The owner Ameli is super caring and helped me extend my visa and any other questions I had as well as wing-manning me😂 The dorms are all brand new, new beds, new curtains, it’s all NEW so ignore any old reviews talking about a bed bug outbreak, they ARE NOT an issue here an

Really enjoyed my stay here. Me and my friends were apprehensive due to past reviews but the owner confirmed that they had changed all the mattresses/bedding etc to oust the bed bugs by bringing in everything new. This is a really lovely place to say - ideal location, owner is super helpful and friendly, refillable water, nice rooms and large garden area to sit and chill out and can be used for parties on request.

Great location but DO NOT STAY HERE!! my friend and another girl in her dorm got BEDBUGS, she is covered all over with bites and the owner did nothing. She was rude, offered no refund and didn’t care about the situation. She admitted on the phone that one dorm already had bedbugs and to “put the guests in the other one”. She still allowed people to check into the hostel and did not inform anyone who was currently staying there. When my friend told a group who were about to check in that there was bed bugs, the owner yelled at her telling her to get off her property as she was “scaring away customers”…. you have bedbugs no one should be staying there. She removed her from the system, making it so she couldn’t leave a review?! Honestly such a disappointment, she obviously doesn’t care about her customers.
