   WARNING TO INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS!!! This hostel confirmed me for a one week stay paid in full. After the second night they told me that I needed to leave the hostel because they could not accommodate me due to overbooking. Booking.com customer service agent told me that they are running a scam and there's no reason why they should be doing what they are doing. I was kicked onto the street during world cup, no refund was provided to me, and they collected my ID on check-in and never gave it back to me! Don't stay here! I will be uploading a copy of the police report that I wrote for confirmation!

   It has a good location. I was harassed by one of the employees. The reception guy took my number from the booking information and started to message me through WhatsApp. I always felt uncomfortable every time I saw him. I was able to report him with the other guy that was at the reception. But still, I always felt a bit preoccupied while being in the hostel.

   The location is perfect; it’s a shame that the facilities and staff leave much to be desired. It has no organization. I live nearby, but I needed a place close to the event I was attending. I checked in and took a nap, and the front desk staff forgot I was there and entered my room, which made me feel unsafe and unable to sleep peacefully. As for cleaning, you have to adjust to their schedule. The furniture is extremely poor. This hostel is very disappointing—they should take advantage of its good location and make the most of it. I deeply regret that foreigners encounter this kind of service in my country. It is very neglected and looks nothing like the photos. I understand what a hostel is, but I have traveled to different hostels around the world, and honestly, I feel embarrassed about this one.

   Unfortunately the hostel is dirty and run down. The staff seemed quite clueless and came into the room late at night to bring in another guest, turning on the main light and explaining everything loudly waking everyone up. I don’t understand hostelworld’s calculation system because I have put everything under 3 (more like 1 or 2 stars) and it still comes out with 3.4. Redeeming factors: I would say the WiFi is good and the location is very nice in Condesa.

   La verdad que me defraudó la estadía... muy poco profesionalidad con el servicio encima me faltaron cosas en la estadía y nadie supo cómo resolverme la faltante de pertenencias lo cual deberían hacer algo en estos casos.. para sumarle no quisieron devolverme el adelanto
