Hostel Amigo

I stayed in the 8-bed female dorm with a friend. There was only one window, which did not open far, and a fan in the corner of a very small room. In terms of security, there are only small lockers in the corner that do not fit luggage, so you just have to put in your valuables and hope your backpack is there when you return. The bathroom is clean, and the beds probably do not have bed bugs, so that's all I can say. When we arrived, there was already someone in one of the beds we booked, and the staff's

it did not feel clean, wcs were smelling horrible, and there were bedbugs in the bed and we were bitten. the girl at the reception was really nice but everyone else were unfriendly. steep steps so impossible if you have heavy bags (but we knew about that)

Poor location, bed bugs

I had a very bad experience staying at this hostel and would not recommend it. The biggest issue was hygiene. There were bed bugs, which made it impossible to feel safe or comfortable sleeping there. The washrooms were absolutely disgusting dirty. The smell throughout the entire hostel was very bad and constant and the photos are old. The place does not looks like that anymore. Overall, the place is in very poor condition and does not meet basic standards of cleanliness or maintenance.

My room had black mold up the entire corner of my room, hidden by the pattern on paint, I found 2 bed bugs during my stay (3 nights) and I was also sat waiting at reception for 20 minutes without recognition whilst waiting to check in.

By far the most unhygienic hostel I have ever stayed at: hair in every “clean” sheet and blanket in every bunk. The showers have no ventilation and paint peeling from the walls along with a musty smell that screams mold. The showers don’t drain properly and the floors are always soaked with someone else’s shower water. Also, the same clump of hair was in the drain for my entire 4 night stay. I heard staff tell a guest “there’s bed bugs in some rooms but not yours” while checking out. Disgusting
