Terrace Lisbon Hostel

Había un compi de habitación que no dejaba de hacer ruido toda la noche, está bien hacer ruido porque llegas de noche y tiene que sonar la puerta, o por moverte un poco de lado en tu colchón.. hay ruidos aceptables.. pero que entre y salga toda la noche a las áreas comunes , suene su móvil y no deje que abramos la ventana porque tenemos calor, ya es un poco incómodo. Tener cuidados con los chinches, he visto dos de ellos en los colchones :(

Bedbugs on the hostel! Had to deal with severe rashes after our stay here and treat all of our luggage to avoid infestations. Additionally, they refused to listen to our complains. Avoid at all costs!

Me and my daughter got bedbugs but my 2 friends are ok because stay safe in other room.

Staff not available. Nobody at the reception. The facilities are not so clean, the rooms are infested with bed bugs.

Bedbugs, kitchen in crumbles, bathroom molding and shower leaking everywhere... the picture on Booking site are all old and doesn't show the Hostel now...

Bettwanzen mussten die Unterkunft wechseln und es hat gedauert mit mehreren Nachfragen bis wir das Geld zurück bekommen haben

There were several problems. Main one being bed bugs at least in room 8. My friend and I got bit up very badly. Adding to that, one of the guests pissed all over the bed of another guest in the middle of the night. Hostel did nothing about it. The same guest was unbelievably loud during the night to the point were several of the other guest complained but the hostel did nothing again. In more detail: Bed Bugs: Beds 8.5 and 8.6 had bed bugs and their residue. My friend left covered in bites that were clearly from bed bugs. (see attached photos) Disruptive Roommate: One of the roommates was excessively loud while sleeping and moving throughout the room, which made it very difficult to get any rest. Hygiene Incident: The same roommate who was disruptive also peed on the bed of our neighbor. Despite several complaints from multiple people in the room, this individual was allowed to continue staying, which we found unacceptable and quite distressing.

**EDITO: finalmente nos devolvieron el dinero. Nos hemos alojado una noche en este albergue. TIENE CHINCHES, las cogemos en un bote y se las enseñamos. Reclamamos devolución por las tres noches que reservamos y nos dicen por teléfono que nos podemos ir, que nos reembolsan el dinero. Ahora no cogen el teléfono y no contestan. Nos veremos obligadas a pedir una inspección de sanidad para que cierren el sitio, tenemos pruebas, llevamos las chinches en un bote. Ni que comentar que el baño está sucio, la habitación no tiene cortinas ni un triste ventilador y la calle es MUY RUIDOSA, imposible dormir

El hostal en una visión general no parece estar mal, pero luego te empiezas a fijar mas en as cosas al habitarlo y te das cuenta que muchas cosas no están del todo bien. Lo que realmente fue lo peor fueron las chinches en los colchones, ocasionando picaduras a mis compañeras y a mi. Al avisar de esto nos reubicaron en otro sitio, i nos pidieron perdón. Sobretodo agradecer la amabilidad de una de las trabajadoras del edificio ya que fue la que gestiono todo el asunto. El jefe ni puto caso.

BED BUGS !!! This place should shut down. The owner is aware that her hostel is infested by bed bugs but does nothing about it and doesn’t answer anymore. I had an allergic reaction and had to leave the hostel before the end of the reservation, and I didn’t get any compensation even for the nights I didn’t spend there.

À FUIR !!! À peine arrivés dans la chambre nous avons découvert des punaises de lit, en lisant les commentaires nous avons compris que ce n’était pas la première fois. La responsable est sûrement au courant car elle nous a rembourser instantanément sans négociation.

A cama tinha percevejos

Tivemos um sério problema com o nosso quarto. Na primeira noite notamos que no quarto haviam bichinhos, que pareciam baratas bem pequenas. Na segunda noite percebemos que haviam muitos deles e que não eram baratas e sim percevejos (bed bugs). Tinham vários na parede próxima a cama, afastamos a cama da parede para dormir. Mas na manhã seguinte notamos que haviam vários, inclusive no colchão. Notificamos o Hostel do ocorrido e como não havia outro quarto disponível, deixamos o Hostel no mesmo dia. Aproximadamente três dias após deixar o Hostel, comecei a notar algumas bolinhas pelo meu corpo que só pioraram. Consultei um médico que confirmou que o padrão das picas são sim de percevejo. Enfim, foi uma péssima experiência!!

Haviam bed bugs na cama

There was indeed black mold in the bathrooms (as mentioned by other reviews). Other reviews had mentioned bed bugs, but that was not my experience. the mattress in my room had clearly been changed recently, so it seems they are dealing with the issue.

Unser Aufenthalten war eine pure Enttäuschung. Es gab Bettwanzen und Schimmelbefall im Zimmer geschweige von den zusätzlichen hygienischen Mängeln. Wir hatten ernsthafte Bedenken bezüglich unserer Gesundheit, einfach nur inakzeptabel !!

Der Besuch hier hat uns unseren Urlaub zerstört. Wir hatten ein großes Problem mit Bettwanzen, die sich danach in unserem Gepäck befanden. Wir hatten überall Bisse und haben nichts erstattet bekommen. Es war eklig und unangenehm. Das ganze Hostel war nicht sauber und es gab Schimmel an den Wänden.

Shower not working properly, bedbugs

BEDBUGS. I kill three bedbugs on my bed. Wake up all biten. Worried that they might be on my luggage. There was nobody at reception to talk about this, because I didn't want to make a scandal. But the tinny bloody stains on the wall says it is not the first time it happens.

Pulizia non eccellente e fate attenzione a possibili cimici da letto nei materassi. Però prestano molta attenzione quindi se gli scrivete loro si preoccupano di chiamare qualcuno.

En la habitación habia bedbugs, que nos picaron en multiples ocasiones, teniendo que comprar medicamentos para las picaduras. Tenemos videos y fotos de las bedbugs en la habitación por lo que solicitamos una explicacion al respecto ya que no es un lugar saludable ni habitable

bedbugs.... it took me a hospital treatment (injection) and one week of medication to get rid of them. The hostels answer was switching the room.

Bed bugs, unsafe conditions for female travelers, staff wasn’t on site or even contactable for many parts of the day

The whole room was full of bedbugs. They were crawling on the wall and on the floor. There were also little bloodstains on the wall. That is why we left directly. Did not get a reaction of the staff after filing a complaint by booking.

Leider haben wir in diesem Hotel Bettwanzen bekommen. Den weiteren Urlaub verbringen wir jetzt damit, den Schaden zu beseitigen. Urlaubsstimmung ist leider dahin. Vom Hotel keine Reaktion, keine Entschuldigung.
