The room was dusty all over the place. I got bit by bedbugs. It was A003

Para nada recomendable aparte de la ubicacion es un terrible lugar las fotos son mucho mejor que el lugar, escogimos la "mejor habitacion", la cual esta hacia el balcon con luces que nunca apagan y la cortinas de la habitacion no sirven, entonces te da la luz en la cara toda la noche las habitaciones no tienen nada de ventilacion, baños sucios y sin agua caliente, las camas muy pequeñas y tenian bedbugs, no se dejen llevar por las fotos, eviten este hospedaje,

Ya es la segunda ves que le hospedó ahí, la primera todo 10/10 por eso fue qué regrese pero esta ocasión la cama tenia chinches y no 1 ni 2, encontré 5, me picaron horrible y tuvimos que pasar la noche sentados sobre la cama ya qué era de madrugada cuando paso eso y teníamos inseguridad de salir a buscar hotel.

The room I got was not the one I booked in the site and did not match the photos. June is Mexico is rainiy season but its humid and hot and the room didnt have a fan and if open the windows the mosquitoes enter the room. The blinds were broken so no privacy, it was dusty and the floors were a bit dirty but the ABSOLUTE WORST WERE THE BED BUGS. At 2 am I was working on my computer(btw the internet is not reliable) and the beadboard had like small and large bedbugs. I went to the staff and he kindly helped me moved my stuff to another room but I was not able to sleep properly. Next day I was told the supervisor would show and he didnt, I had to call Booking to get my refund as Im sure they would have not done it without my complain to Booking. The kitcken doesnt have enough supplies and the bathroom in the first floor is horrible. Staying in this place was a nightmare and some of the staff gaslights you and act as like they were doing you a favor...I suggest you find another place

Los baños no estaban tan limpios, la cocina sucia y para servir el agua era casi imposible, mucho ruido afuera de la habitación. Y tuvimos chinches en nuestra habitación

One thing was the wifi, due to the walls the connection was slow. Enough for texting but it would barely load YouTube videos. You'd have to pause them for them to load. Also, for me it was not important, but there was no TV. If you're a TV lover this may be a deal breaker, but you can still use your phone or you can just go enjoy the city, the area feels really safe.

Mi cama tenía "chinches" las cuales me provocaron picaduras en partes de mi cuerpo. El lugar no se hizo responsable por los daños. Solicité se cancelara mi estancia y se me hiciera el reembolso sin embargo no sucedió; únicamente me cambiaron de habitación
