Very friendly owner sanjay very helpful . Great location , tv in room and free tea and coffee and fresh towels and clean bedding. Heating works great . I didn't try the breakfast .check in and check was easy. I stayed in room 11 and woke up midnight with bed bugs bitting me , I emailed the owner and he immediately offered to upgrade my room to a double room which was bigger and had a desk as well.im covered in red bite spots and have been itching alot my back and arms . This experience ruined my weekend break plus the endless rain and winds.

Staff & location. Room was TINY, very lived in, smelt slightly damp in the bathroom & the flush would only flush once then would have to wait 30mins for it to work again… but all pretty standard giving it is in Blackpool. However, the final straw for us was the fact we come back to our room at 10:30pm, to bed bugs all over🤢 I’ve never ever experienced anything like it. As I wasn’t staying in a bug infested bed, and no other hotels near by had availability I had to drive 3.5hrs home. I have videos of the bugs too but booking.com won’t allow us to upload videos We were room One, the owners have claimed they are treating the room, but bed bugs spread like wild fire so if you stay here, give your room. Through look over!
