The hotel told us they did not have a booking for us as they don't deal with Hostelworld, yet we paid a deposit via Hostelworld.com. We booked superior room but they gave us a much inferior room at much higher rate. The room was not that clean with worn furniture. Functional toilet but mouldy and broken sink. The shower tray did not drain well so had to stand in dirty water.....
