Really bad hostel. My room had a leak and was wet all day and ruined my stuff. Washrooms were awful and the bartender at night very rude

The happy hour / events planned are significantly lacking for the price to stay - there were few scheduled events on which made it difficult to socialise unless you were drinking every night. There is a kitchen is dirty and off putting- travellers fault but could be managed better. The door to our room was difficult to lock and people just left it unlocked. The light in my bed was broken. The pool had algae on the stone and AC isn’t turned on until 8pm. For the price, I’d look elsewhere.

Great location with friendly staff. Free filtered water and good air conditioning in the dorms at night.

Good staff and decent pool. But a bit overpriced for what it is and not much atmosphere. Nearby hostels like Che and Bonita are better. The pub crawl is terribly set up logistically so is a total waste of money for what you get and how fast you have to chug all your drinks in 2 hours to make it to all the spots before the bars close at 11 pm

probably one of the worst hostels i’ve stayed in. considering it’s so new, the facilities are gross, the main issue being that the beds are covered in bugs!!! bed bugs or not, no one wants to sleep with tiny insects crawling all over you. multiple people complained about this issue, yet the reception staff were extremely hostile and rude, and charged my friends extra to move rooms. our food was stolen from the kitchen even though it was labelled, there’s barely any sunbeds. overpriced and ...

A lovely stay but pretty expensive. Staff were amazing however

Terrible experience... Smallest dorm (#109) with no window, not enough space for 6 pax and the bathroom was opposite the beds. Lockers are very narrow, at floor level and it's not even tiled so it scratches everything. Bed structure had zero privacy, I could hear/smell everything and some guests moved the whole structure when sleeping and it ended up smashing my stuff in the locker. Lots of very young and disrespectful travellers, with no consideration for others. And the pool was unusable...

El chico de staff que me atendió fue muy amable y abierto siempre pero en mi punto de vista los voluntarios que llegan no aportan nada diferente su energía es muy básica hacen caras y no aportan buena energía ya e estado hospedado antes por que regreso cada vez que puedo a puerto pero en esta ocasión me decepcionó tanto igual la maestra de yoga te hacen malos gestos y también chicas del hostal meten a personas de otros hostales para tener sexo y no dicen nada los encargados así que me qu...

Good hostel! The beds are amazing, in the dorms you still feel like you have some privacy. The rooms get cleaned every day and overal a very clean hostel! There's someone behind the reception to help you 24/7 and everybody is very kind. The hostel is not a party party hostel, but still very social. The workspace is nice and the rooftop as well

Enjoyed my time in Viajero, it was clean, the vibes were great and very social and the location was very central. Highly recommend

I loved my stay here! Amazing vibes, clean, social and the hostel throws good events. Free yoga in the morning too. Special thanks to Tania in the reception who was very helpful

Excellent hostel vibes, food, and staff. Enough space and people to meet and hang out while also being able to get away if you need. Beds were good too.

The place was mellow.

I had a great stay at Viajero Hostel. The place is very clean and well maintained. They offer free yoga classes every day for guests, which was a really nice bonus. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. There’s also plenty of space to relax and chill around the hostel. I would definitely stay here again!
